The Triple B private walk-out basement apartment has its own access with over 1,000 square feet of living space which includes a private bedroom, bath with walk-in shower and separate tub. In 1946 my parents lived here, using the upstairs as dad's veterinarians office. I've remodeled it using their doors, sinks, and artwork, an Amish made bed & bedding, and included locally made soaps & coffee. We are a very small walk/ride to the Rails to Trails. This is a trail that runs from Fredericksburg to Killbuck (15 miles) perfect for bikes or walks.

The house has 2 main bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and a futon in the Game/Office room. It has 2 bathrooms and the kitchen is fully functional (coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher). The living room, both bedrooms, and game room have individual TVs.

There is a double bed with linens, tv, wifi, mini-kitchen with microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The stove is not working now. The Airbnb is located a few minutes from the OTET/Glenmont Trailhead.
