With the Skye Bridge nearby, it serves as the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking Isle of Skye & Lochalsh.

Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.

Sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms (plus an additional sofa bed sleeping 2) the house has been completely upgraded and renovated to a very high standard. With panoramic views over the Loch, surrounding mountains and Eilean Donan castle, yet within a mile of picturesque Dornie where you’ll find a pub, post office, shop and bakery/pizza takeaway.

Slapin View (and what a view)

Traditional farmhouse located in the crofting township of Torrin, Isle of Skye. Sleeps a maximum of 4 in 2 bedrooms, spacious kitchen/dining room, cosy sitting room, washing machine and tumble dryer in separate utility room. Oil central heating and a wood burning stove. Not suitable for mobility issues as the bedrooms are upstairs or for overly tall people as the doorways are low!

We explored every corner of Skye and were fortunate to find a perfect location with special view in the best part of Skye for Ardtreck.
