A 2 bedroom set up, with the second bedroom located in a cozy upstairs cottage style level, with a window that gives you a gorgeous Sea View. Don’t be surprised if you spot a dolphin just a few meters away from your holiday accommodation. Your perfect view of the sunset will be simply stunning at any time of the year.

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.
