As Kelly noted before the rental, the pools are not in use due to hurricane damage, but who needs a pool when the beach is right there! We had great weather and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We liked that it is north of downtown Daytona Beach and a bit quieter and less congested.

The hosts were so thoughtful and accommodating! This area is adorable and the location can’t be beat!

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The rental is very clean and has everything you would need. The kitchen is well stocked. The furnishings were very nice and the decor had a cute nautical theme. The view is incredible. The building is well-maintained with a nice pool. The beach is beautiful, not crowded, and very walkable. The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is just down the road and restaurants and shopping are close by. We would love to stay here again! Sheree has good communication and you can tell that she truly cares.

Endroit parfait avec plage, restaurants, épicerie et petits magasins à proximité! Endroit parfaitement situé pour un séjour à la plage. Très propre, très confortable tout y est parfait! La seule chose qui serait agréable à avoir sur place serait un barbecue mais il est bien indiqué dans l'annonce qu'il n'y en a pas! Je recommande fortement!

dan is a good guy , he makes sure you are happy with everything the house is well kept up to date for the most part house clean , has everything you need from pots & pans to dishwasher pods & shampoo pool kept very clean ,outdoor maintenance good good stay thanks Dan nice to meet you

This condo is a perfect spot for a peaceful, stress-free get-away. Actual condo is beautifully decorated with unique art and furniture is clean and comfortable. The facilities are kept pristine - the grounds are well kept and the pool overlooking the ocean has plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs. We did not use the laundry facilities, but they were tidy and easy to use via debit/credit card- no needing a roll of quarters like the "old days" when in college! Beautiful condo with no unwelcome surprises and plenty of beauty and R&R.

Ron's studio guesthouse was perfect for our needs! It was a home away from home, of sorts. Extremely clean (my top priority) and comfy bed (although it does squeak when you turn over but it is extremely comfortable other than that), and designed in such an inviting and warm way. We enjoyed the recliners for watching TV at night together. They were so comfy and in perfect condition! Easy to get luggage in and out. The a/c works great although it does have a kind of motor sound we noticed when sleeping. I sleep with earplugs and it didn't bother us, just something to be aware. Light does get in the door windows amazingly. Some darkening shades might be helpful. For not having windows (except the large door panels I believe which do have blinds integrated so privacy is not an issue, you don't feel boxed in at all!) It feels cozy and airy and flooded with light. Nice touches like snacks and detailed info. Ronnie is super responsive and overall we had an amazing stay! Would come back!

This place was perfect for my husband and I! It was very easy to get around to any and all the shops we wanted. Check-in was very easy and the condo was very clean! We loved using the chairs provided for the beach. I would highly recommend this place to any couple looking for a relaxing weekend away!

The Salty Pelican was exactly how it was described if not better. Fully stocked kitchen and bath. Beautiful view and easy beach access. The overall complex is small and dated but VERY well maintained. Minutes to great beach restaurants and just across the bridge is Publix and Target. Easy check in and out instructions. Overall an excellent stay!!
