Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

Bedroom has a superking bed which converts to 2 singles. Luxury bathroom with freestanding bath (with sea view) huge separate shower. Open plan lounge & kitchen with floor to ceiling window overlooking the beach & harbour. Willow & Hall double sofa bed with luxury mattress available if required. free Wifi.

Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

This peaceful and tranquil accommodation has comfortable furnishings throughout and with its wide doors and spacious areas, offers access to disabled guests if required. The bed in the bedroom is King-sized.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.

Lounge with Smart TV and enclosed garden. Situated close to a CO-OP, The Crosby Pub and a Costa all within 250 meters. TT course is a mere 70 meters away.

Garwick Cottage, West Baldwin (Annexe)

Beautiful cottage in West Baldwin. Ten minute drive from Douglas. Glorious walks, dark skies and so peaceful. A covered dining area near the river and birdsong can be enjoyed in any weather. Five minute drive/30 minute walk from Nobles hospital.
