This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath guest house is designed for easy Montana living, with a private hot tub, furnished decks, a wood-burning fire pit, and a warm indoor fireplace for movie nights and slow mornings alike. Tucked among peaceful wooded surroundings, the home offers a comfortable base for day trips to Glacier National Park, Kootenai National Forest, rugged rivers, scenic trails, and nearby town favorites. After a day of exploring, return home to grill dinner on the deck, soak beneath the open sky, or unwind with books, board games, and a projector-style movie night. Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, central A/C and heat, free WiFi, laundry, and thoughtful everyday essentials. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. With room for RVs, trailers, boats, and up to 10 vehicles, plus an EV charger on-site, Sunset Valley Retreat makes arrival easy and adventure even easier. Optional rentals, including a boat and paddle boards, are also available on-site.

Incredible hiking, biking, swimming, running, rock climbing, wildlife viewing, kayaking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, and so much more to do in the vast wilderness areas here. This artistic gem is located 3 miles south of Eureka, MT, 10 miles from the Canadian Border, 60 miles west of Glacier National Park and just minutes from nationally acclaimed golf courses, lakes, and stunning hikes. You'll have your own entrance to a newly created, cozy and cool getaway. Rooster crows at dawn, our dog barks at bears and coyotes occasionally at night. We are still finishing up, so projects are ongoing outside. No pets. Adults only. The entrance has concrete stairwell.

Relax and unwind at this unique and peaceful getaway, just 10 minutes from downtown Whitefish. Nestled among the trees with lots of open space, the Haskill A-frame offers the perfect home base for exploring all that Northwest Montana has to offer. This home accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Enjoy the spacious deck, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. Plus, the A-frame is just down the road from public lands and local trail access.

Tobacco Riverwalk Flat

This unique flat is set up like a huge hotel room. Spacious room size, king size bed, comfy seating area and large bathroom. Small fridge, coffee pot, hot water pot, air conditioner, microwave provided along with dishes and a table. This second floor flat has its own patio table with 6 chairs. This location is attached to a commercial shop, the lower level is currently vacant. The main shop space is currently is being used for storage at this time and is pretty quiet.

Cozy two bedroom cabin. Nestled creek side at the historic 69 Ranch in Eureka, Montana. Scenic mountain views. Horses in the pasture and wildlife seen often. Nearby golf courses and 15 minutes from Lake Koocanusa. No pets, not children under 12 years of age. No feeding horses or entering in the fenced area. No burning of candles.
