We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

The Sweetbriar

This beautifully remodeled 100-year-old home was taken down to the studs and is now essentially brand new. The stunning new kitchen features gas cooking and new appliances, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The spacious, brand-new bathroom boasts a luxurious walk-in shower and soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a cozy gas fireplace ensure your comfort. Soo House

Soo is a very fun cedar shake cabin on 15 forested acres, surrounded by trails, a loon call from Glen Arbor. This scandi-eclectic, cozy spot is a dappled dirt road away from Port Oneida/Good Harbor Bay Beaches and Pyramid Point. Soo stewards a half-mile of private trails on the property itself and borders 27+ miles of maintained MTB/hike/ski trails via the Palmer Woods and Krumwiede Forest Reserves. Soo is the unique family basecamp for your Sleeping Bear Nat'l Lakeshore adventures!

Empire Blue House w/ Hot Tub

Clean, new home (in 2020) with 6-person hot tub is less than a 4-minute walk to Lake Michigan, and 3-minutes to downtown Empire. Seeblick Haus is a small vacation home for 4 people on a secluded, very private site in Northport. The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer the experience to be close to nature through all seasons and the wrap-around porch extends the living space to the outdoors.
