The bungalow is private, detached, not overlooked & is spacious, bright with stunning views from every window. From the front you can see Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church approx 20 metres away & from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. The gardens extend to around a third of an acre and are secure.

Wildthorn is an original Arts and Crafts house that has been in our family for the last 70 years and has recently undergone a 2 year restoration to a very high specification. A lovely cottage with a large oak floored living area with 360 degree turning log burner with double sets bi fold oak doors to an enclosed patio with seating, bbq and fire pit and grassed enclosed garden. There is another log burner in the snug sitting room. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite and bedrooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom with a walk in shower. Parking for 2 cars - self check in.
