The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

Summers on the lake, breathtaking tall trees and fall colors, countless winter activities, and cool spring nights around the fire, this chalet-style cottage offers it all. Located on Secord Lake, approx 815 sq acres in beautiful Gladwin County. Anglers can expect to find a variety of fish including Black Crappie, Bluegill, and Largemouth Bass to name a few. Enjoy all the conveniences of home and close access to restaurants and shopping.

Gorgeous lakefront cottage with 50' of sandy, shallow water access—perfect for families! The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a cozy living room that leads to a sunroom, ideal for extra guests. Relax by the wood-burning stove on chilly nights. The main floor has a king-size bedroom, plus a second floor loft space with a 2 full-size beds and a queen bed. Couch also pulls out to a bed! Year-round activities include boating, we have 2 kayaks and fishing

Fall and Winters in Michigan are BEAUTIFUL!! Take a car, side by side or snowmobile ride to nearby trails and admire Northern Michigan's beauty. Do a little shopping, check out a winery, do a color tour, visit a nearby casino or just enjoy a nice, quiet & relaxing stay in this cozy, clean & well furnished log cabin style home on Wixom Lake with 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Note: Wixom Lake is currently drained due to flooding & the dam collapsing in 2020. The river is approx. 100 yards out.

Enjoy stunning views of Tittabawassee River! 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, sleeps 8. 2 full baths. Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.
