We really enjoyed our stay! The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the house was super clean and comfortable. The location was great — close to everything. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like having coffee and a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent our Thanksgiving at this home and it was a perfect choice for our group. All the bedrooms were upstairs and the main living space was downstairs. Great outdoor patio and a very responsive host. Olga went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and even took care of a misdelivered package after we checked out. She definitely goes above and beyond to keep her customers happy. I would highly recommend.

The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals including cooking utensils. I was very happy to have a Keurig coffee maker. The neighborhood was quite and the house was in a great location. The hosts were very responsive as well. It was a great stay!

This was our second stay at Emilee's house. It is spacious and comfortable. Wonderful fenced-in yard for our dog to play off-leash after a long day in the car. Would definitely stay here again if we stop in Blue Springs.

The house was very comfortable for a group of 14! We each were able to have our own bedrooms and never had an issue with bathroom space or hot water.

I've been to Kansas City many times, however, I had never experienced the Westside North before. Fabulous neighborhood with great food and walkable to downtown and the streetcar. The only thing nicer than the neighborhood was the place itself. An older house with a modern feel the spacuous unit allows you to feel right at home. The office nook up front is the perfect size with a view of the street and the spacious garden out the window. The large rooms provide a relaxed feeling and thenthere is a lovely back patio that makes you forget that you are in the heart of the city.

Met some friends for fun weekend. The place was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Chris was an excellent host, provided detailed directions on accessing the garage and check in process. The place is nicely decorated and well equipped, with great views and very quiet on our floor. Everything was smooth and we enjoyed our time there. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great Stay, Great Location… No complaints at all. If I had any complaints, it would be that the bed is overly soft; but that’s someone’s preference. I would definitely book with Savannah again when I’m in KC, if available.

We enjoyed our stay at Jaymi’s place! The flat was very clean and comfortable with a lot of natural light. There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance and downtown/crossroads district are a short drive away. I would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. We stayed here because we were seeing a concert at the TMobile center. It was an easy walk. The hosts left some thoughtful snacks as well. 100% recommend and can't say enough about this place. Loved it

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

Wonderful host, lovely, bright and clean apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the room had everything I needed. Perfect location, within walking distance from the Plaza, and the art museum across the street. Sage knows how to make sure you have everything you need, and to be very welcoming, friendly and attentive, while at the same time giving you all the space and privacy you need - most of the time I barely knew she was there. We loved our stay here, it was perfect for our little family! It was within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants. We loved the patio. Trenton was extremely responsive and helpful!

This was our 2nd time to stay at Jeffery and Kim’s AirBnB. It was Very comfortable and in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s a convenient place to stay if your activities are near Lees Summit.

Jake’s place is an absolute gem- we fell in love with the exposed brick, plants, and in-floor lighting. The shower was AMAZING- huge, hot, deluge of water and steam. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the essentials, plus some Michelob Lights. We were impressed with the architecture of the historic building, and Jake said he had restored the interior himself- pulling horse-hair plaster off the walls! Also notable- I guess this is KC hospitality at its finest- Jake told us to leave the dishes, linens, etc, as they were- that he would take care of all of it. It was really nice to receive that level of service, which is unusual for my Airbnb experiences.

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.

Third time we have stayed here and have had another great experience! We have small children and the place was perfect with very little for us to move to baby proof. Location is everything! So close to great food and highways for easy access to where we were heading! Host is quick to respond and makes the whole process seamless!
