We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Convenience of good access, situated on the road leading from the village of Clyro to the famous 'book town' of Hay-on-Wye. Ideal base for exploring the Wye Valley, Brecon Beacons National Park, and the Black Mountains.

Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Oak beams and wooden floors frame a simple whitewashed open plan space which offers: a sleeping area on the mezzanine with one double floor-level bed and up to two single futons; on the ground floor, a wet-room and the kitchen-eating-living area with Clearview wood-burning stove. Located at the foot of The Offa's Dyke Path and only a 5 minute walk to shops, pubs, park with river access. Wireless. Off road parking. Well behaved dogs welcome.
