Enjoy your stay in our spacious lower-level apartment, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This private retreat features its own entrance, off-street parking, and all the comforts of home. This tipi can comfortably sleep 6-7 adults. Each tipi has as two burner camp stove, 3 gallons of water, a pot, coffee fixing things, a propane lantern and a solar lantern. There is no electricity on the property. There is an outdoor solar shower available if desired. Sleeping places (pad, sheets, blankets and pillows) can be set up for a total fee of $30 payable on arrival. Please request this at the time of making a reservation if interested. A very clean portapotty is used by all!!

The Carter house has a lot of charm and character. Gas lanterns adorn either side of the beautiful front door, upon entering you are greeted with elegance beginning with a crystal chandelier that drops through the ceiling from the cozy library upstairs. The main floor has a TV area with a big sectional, dining table, gas fireplace, full size kitchen, bathroom, laundry and kids bunk room. There are 3 bedrooms each room having its own private entrance.
