Absolutely Fabulous!!! The house, amenities, location and hostess were all truly perfect. The pool and hot tub provided added enjoyment as did the comfortable beds, cleanly bathrooms, and well stocked kitchen. It was a perfect getaway and very special place to celebrate the bride-to-be with our group of 6 as we enjoyed the various games provided and comfortable living space and beautiful yard. Thank you to our “super” host and her crew for a perfect get away and for being so accommodating.

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our small family Christmas celebration. We had everything we needed. Dawn was very helpful and quick to respond. We are planning on going again in the summer.

we had a fantastic stay! everything was great from booking to check out. douglas and team were great working with us to bring our pet along to resolving a minor pool mishap during our stay due to bad weather. it was just what we needed to get out of town and relax. pool and hot tub were pristine and the kitchen was stocked with every tool you could need! much appreciation for a great stay 😀

Our recent stay in Fredericksburg was absolutely delightful! The property is nestled in a nice and quiet neighborhood, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the pool, which was generously sized, easily accommodating our whole family. The big, shady trees surrounding the pool offered a welcome respite from the Texas heat and created a lovely spot to unwind. Evenings were a highlight, thanks to the outdoor fireplace where we enjoyed making s'mores – a perfect way to end the day. The quiet surroundings of the neighborhood really enhanced the peaceful ambiance. Beyond the wonderful amenities, the host was super helpful and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The location was also ideal, with just a short drive to the charming downtown shops of Fredericksburg, offering easy access to local finds and flavors. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful time here. A very nice house and the children loved the pool. 10 minutes drive to downtown to all the nice shops and restaurants. We loved it!

The property was just perfect for our 6 adults staying for 4 days. Very spacious!!! Due to some unforseen weather issues we spent more time at the house than originally expected so we really enjoyed the space and cleanliness. We also used the Hot Tub in the backyard alot!!! Great communication with the owner!!!

The house was close enough to Main to walk anywhere. The furnishings were free of clutter and clean. It was very expensive for a 1 night stay. It is a great place if you will be there for a longer period of time. There is no flexibility for early check in. You would have to pay quite a bit for each hour you need.
