Great space. Location was fantastic and the home was perfectly laid out to accommodate 2 couples. Loved it.

Terri is an absolute joy. Home was close enough to Fredericksburg but far enough out that it was very peaceful. You can't beat the value!

Great location to down town and all the shops/ restaurants! The hosts were super helpful and accommodating! Great for our two night stay, would go back again!

Milam Manor was just as described. The home is located on a through road but traffic noise was not a problem during normal sleeping hours. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, spotless and supplied with essentials. Everything was in good working condition with the exception of the ice maker but there are ice trays available. We enjoyed afternoons on the front porch as there was always a nice breeze. Our week was very pleasant and we would recommend Milam Manor and would be happy to book here again if we return to Fredericksburg.

The house was close to Main Street but far enough where you didn’t deal with the traffic of trying to get back to the house. Was in a quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean and well kept. We enjoyed our time there.

Marissa was very responsive and kind! The house was in great shape and the backyard was a nice peaceful place in the evening. It’s a very walkable location and close to main strip. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place! We had three couples staying and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Please was stunning and we loved the grill and fire pit in backyard. We were able to tour the wine country and then come back and relax around the fire at night. Highly recommend this place.

I visited Fredericksburg with my sister and dog for four days and it was a wonderful experience. The Airbnb was spacious and the patio was very nice and enjoyable. The neighborhood has quiet hours so that means no loud music outside after dark, and that was fine for us. Would come back.

Really a great find for a stay just north of Fredericksburg. Very clean and great setup, perfect for a family of 4. Neat loft area for the kids, and plenty of room all around. The main office area has a really nice pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and plenty of amenities.

Susan was a lovely host! She was always quick to respond if we had a question or needed help. Everything was very clean including the pool in the backyard.

we had a fantastic stay! everything was great from booking to check out. douglas and team were great working with us to bring our pet along to resolving a minor pool mishap during our stay due to bad weather. it was just what we needed to get out of town and relax. pool and hot tub were pristine and the kitchen was stocked with every tool you could need! much appreciation for a great stay 😀

Our recent stay in Fredericksburg was absolutely delightful! The property is nestled in a nice and quiet neighborhood, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the pool, which was generously sized, easily accommodating our whole family. The big, shady trees surrounding the pool offered a welcome respite from the Texas heat and created a lovely spot to unwind. Evenings were a highlight, thanks to the outdoor fireplace where we enjoyed making s'mores – a perfect way to end the day. The quiet surroundings of the neighborhood really enhanced the peaceful ambiance. Beyond the wonderful amenities, the host was super helpful and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The location was also ideal, with just a short drive to the charming downtown shops of Fredericksburg, offering easy access to local finds and flavors. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great location, great space, amazing backyard!

The house was beautiful and very clean! Very quiet neighborhood and a feeling of safety! It was a little hard finding the house at first, just because there are multiple houses and the private driveway meets an alleyway. The house is pretty secluded and a nice retreat after the day. We did have a few troubles with the wifi at first, but that may have been due to the weather. The hot tub was not working, but it was a bit strange facing the driveway without a privacy fence. Parking is also fairly difficult. A bigger vehicle would not be able to park there without blocking the driveway.

This house is amazing. It's close to everything, but so private at the same time. The yard is huge and beautiful. The house is decorated nicely and lots of room for everyone. I love the porches all around the house. The kitchen was huge and easy to cook in. We had everything we needed. This is a wonderful find in Fredericksburg, and I highly recommend!!

This was definitely a nice change of pace. I travel extensively for work and usually stay in hotels. It was so nice to come “home” after a long day of working. The two cats were the “welcoming committee” and were always excited to see me when I got back. I sat on the porch with them and watched the wildlife roam about. Early mornings I would feed the deer and it was neat to watch them come up and eat. The house itself was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the hosts had muffins waiting when I got there! They had everything that was needed and more. Just perfect!

Our stay at "Among the Pecans" was amazing! The house had everything we needed to cook, be comfortable and feel 'at home' with so many thoughtful touches, like tea, coffee, smores ingredients, back scratchers & more! Monica reached out proactively and baked desserts for us as we were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday. The desserts were delicious! Communication was excellent before, during & after our stay. Each bathroom has a large deep tub, with great water pressure, and everything was clean and well kept. It was so peaceful in & out of the house. We ended up not using the hot tubs, but they were easily accessible out the back door via the patio. It is the Texas hill country, so there were creepy crawlies outside (spiders, a scorpion, etc.), but none indoors! The Spring winds were very strong and blew off the screen door, Monica was quick to respond when informed. The house was even nicely decorated for the holiday, as we were there on Easter weekend.

Was a very beautiful home to have out bachelorette getaway at! Beautiful scenery, clean home, just overall great stay!

Very clean place and looked just liked the photos. Everything was beautiful and I really liked the kitchen. The only downside was I sent two emails to the address provided and never heard anything back.
