3 bed 2 bath home, sleeps 8. We provide muffins, fruit and O.J. for a small breakfast. After 2 people; $25 per extra person per night. Full kitchen and living room. Master: king bed, attached bathroom with tub and shower. Small bedroom #1: queen bed. Small bedroom #2: queen bed. There is a second full bathroom in hallway across from the small bedrooms. There is a sofa with queen sized fold out bed in back "office" space. T.V. is streaming only. Any problems, the owners live across the street!

The house is located on a 300+ acre working ranch, with access to the Pedernales River. The bedrooms have a queen size bed with luxury linens and a bathroom with a champagne bubble tub and walk-in shower. We are required to collect and pay an additional Local Occupancy Tax of 7% for this reservation through the resolution Center. At Vintner's Vault you'll be welcomed with bottled water and appetizers after your day of travelling. Relax on the patio or water front gazebo.
