This trip was our first visit to Fredericksburg Tx. It was to celebrate our 36th anniversary on a short notice. We booked the night before our arrival. It was a great place to stay for a short trip. There was easy access to downtown shops and restaurants. Hopefully we will return soon and there’s a good chance we will stay here!

This is our second stay with Absolute Charm. We love it, no kids running around, nice quiet relaxing place to visit and feel comfortable!! I’m sure we will go back.

We really liked the location of this property. It's close to shopping and restaurants. The parking lot is small for the number of units and was a little challenging at times. The Cottage accommodations are in line with what you would expect in a hotel room. While we had no complaints with the unit itself we did think the price was a little high for what is offered. All things considered we would stay here again!

This was such an amazing place, super close to Main Street, and very clean. The beds were also amazingly comfortable! It was really nice that there was also private parking off of the street. Check in and check out was super easy and flexible and the communication from the host was great!

One of our favorite airbnb stays ever!! Looks exactly like pictures, super clean and spacious for two people. Very high ceilings too. The hot tub was wonderful, really they thought of everything you’d need to feel right at home. Location was great too, in walking distance to Main Street. We stayed two nights and wish we had longer!

Such a cute space and just what we wanted for a weekend getaway. It’s small, but we expected that. It didn’t feel cramped and we spent most of our time exploring Fredericksburg. The hot tub was the perfect way to finish the day and Main Street is within walking distance. Bonus is that this place is also walking distance to HEB on the other side of the creek. Would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed in #9. It is inside the pool area to the right of #8. (Sounds obvious until you see the place...small numbers and foliage sort of blocking that cabin. The unit has air vents and a return with a filter so I know there has to be a central ac/heat unit somewhere. But, all I had access to was a hotel style ac/heat unit. I'm not sure how that is going to work in the heat of summer for such a large room, but worked great for my Feb/Mar trip. I loved #9. It's a building on its own and in the back corner. Even though the pool was there and people were using it, I couldn't hear a thing inside. In fact, it was so quiet, I ended up running the bathroom fan all night. All the switches (there are a lot of them!) were labeled. The walk in shower is gorgeous. Oh, FYI - they have soft water. Bed is comfortable. I hope this unit is available when I travel to Fredericksburg again. It was perfect.

Our stay at Absolute Charm was amazing. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. It was located close to the Main Streets which had great restaurants. We definitely recommend others to stay at Absolute Charm.

Lovely grounds and nice, cozy apartment on the first floor with a full kitchen, large bath, nice living room. Bed was so comfortable that we overslept! You really can't beat the grounds - like going to a park. No street noise. Out of town yet a five minute drive to anywhere you want to go. Best of both worlds. Beats a hotel room by a mile

Location was wonderful! Lots of shopping and restaurants were an easy walk. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the live music at restaurants across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

This inn was very charming and cute. I loved the building style. Right on Main Street so almost everything we needed was walking distance. Enjoyed being next door to Hondos with live music all day. It is not quiet. You can hear both the other tenants of the inn and people outside. We were looking for something on main for a decent price, which is why we stayed here.

No issues at all, enjoyed the stay very much.

The hacienda was a perfect fit for my husband and I! It was very romantic and clean. We love how it was nice and quiet and we were able to get plenty of rest and just six minutes away from downtown. We are looking forward to coming back. The host responded to us promptly and also allow us a late check out. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

We loved the space, walk ability, and backyard vibe! To play cards we moved side table to the couch and for two of us it was great…but keep an eye out, is easy for opponent to see your hand with that seating haha!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bijou Jeannine! It was so cute and had tons of charm. We loved the decor and vintage touches. The walkable distance to Main Street was convenient and safe.

Great location, close to downtown. Easy check in process and looks just like the pictures. Would stay again :)

Wonderful place in Fredricksburg! We will stay here again. I love how close it is to everything, yet quiet enough too!

The house was a great location, convenient to downtown Fredericksburg. It was the perfect place for what we needed.

It was great place easy to be able to walk to most places we wanted to go to! If we had any questions they responded quickly!

Property was clean and well maintained, photos were accurate and stunning upon arrival. Very walkable to city center and no more than a four minute walk to food and night life.

We really enjoyed our stay at Petit Paradis! The pictures and description matched exactly what we found when we arrived. The attention to detail and concern for our comfort was noted and appreciated. We loved the walkability to the local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed brunch at Hill and Vine and an evening with live music and drinks at Hondo. Catalina was very responsive and kind, we totally recommend this property!

The stay was amazing!! My girl and I planned a get away and after seeing the pictures to this place we decided to book, and it was exactly what we could have imagined!!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough for any couple who wants to have a sweet romantic time with cute dates to do around town!!
