Whether you're relaxing in the beautiful king sized bed cubby, lounging 8' above the forest floor surrounded by pillows and blankets on a massive 6' x 12' netted hammock deck, or taking a bath or rain shower on the semi-enclosed tub deck, this romantic treehouse is where luxury and comfort meet fun and fantasy.

This 40+ Acre private property is a nature lovers dream come true. Natural Grasses, and flowers are all around and wildlife as well. Deer, hog, roadrunners, rabbit and many more have been spotted on the property. The covered porch is amazing for stargazing at night or for relaxing and enjoying the silence. The inside of the cabin is cozy and the perfect getaway.

Our shipping container home offers BIG living in a tiny space, also MASSAGES BY APPOINTMENT by a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST (a rate of $85/hour). All you need for a great vacation at your fingertips. Step out of the busy world and enjoy some peace and quiet at Green Acres. Though we like kids, our property is "not suitable for little ones". Our container home is small, cozy, and designed for couples or singles, wanting to relax, while just a short drive from restaurants and casino entertainment.

Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Quiet, peaceful, and full of nature describe this adorable barndominium. Settled in the middle of a 27 acre homestead, it provides the "away from it all" feeling that everyone needs. Enjoy gazing at the enormous sky for star gazing or settle into the front porch chairs to watch the brilliant sunset. It has an outdoor fire pit, hot tub, hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, it has 2 ponds on the property stocked with fish. It has state parks for fishing, mountain biking, hiking, fossil hunting etc., just 20 mins away from the property.
