Marquee was a great host. He was very prompt and responsive when we texted him. His condo was very nice and located in a family community complex. The pool and gym were great. The condo was centrally located and very close to where our son lives.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Phoenix! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The included amenities were top-notch, making my visit even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and ready to help with any inquiries I had. As a first-time visitor to Phoenix, this experience exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely felt at home here. I can’t wait to return and make this lovely place my go-to accommodation whenever I’m in town. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Kathy was a great host! Our family really enjoyed our time and very comfortable! The balcony was a winner for us! Such a great space to play cards and visit! The pool was fabulous! We used it daily and it was beautiful! Lots of trees and birds with plenty of area to hang out! We even used the BBQ! I had a couple of ideas for Kathy for the kitchen (we cook) and she agreed that it would be helpful! We will definitely be back! Felt so comfortable! Thanks for a GREAT Easter weekend!❤️

Great little place to stay! It was just like pictures showed. We flew in quite late and Google maps led us to the back gate where you need a key fob to open the gate. We tried to reach the host for help but with it being after midnight we didn’t get a response. Luckily, Apple Maps led us to the next street where the front gate is that was shown in the instructions. That made arriving kinda stressful but everything else was great. The grounds are fantastic!!! Awesome pools, grill space, lots of nice places to hang out outside. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

Dana's place was exactly what we needed for our stay with our baby and pup. As long as you understand that you're on campus and this complex houses university students then Dana's place is excellent. Super friendly and always responsive.

Great little apartment not far from anywhere you would want to go in the Phoenix area! We stayed here for spring training and it was a great location and nice place to unwind.

Loved everything about this place and look forward to returning. The interior decorations were tasteful and beautiful. The place had everything I needed for a week’s stay. And I loved the courtyard with the mature garden and pool. Jacqueline was helpful and communicative.

We had a great stay at Kowanda's place! We were there for my daughter's soccer tournament and it was less than 10 minutes away from the fields, which was perfect! 3 bedrooms was nice so each of the kiddos got their own room. It was very easy to find, super clean, and extremely quiet. Check in/out was simple and communication was quick! We would definitely stay again.

This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my times of booking things like hotels and stuff. Everything was just like the picture not only that Nomade helped me a little finding the keys he’s very friendly and responsive. I’ll definitely be booking with him again anytime I’m in the downtown area.

Gorgeous condo with many nice extras such as bottled water, coffee, extra towels, pool towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. DaNuta was very responsive and prompt if we had any questions. Very quite community and close to interstate and surrounding communities. Very easy to access when traveling. Definitely a hidden gem!!

Very beautiful place. The neighborhood felt very safe to me and there is a canal 1 minute walk from the stay and it was absolutely gorgeous to walk and run during sunset. Parking car outside also felt safe. I was traveling solo and enjoyed the studio. It almost contains everything that’s needed to live long term. Good restaurants near by and camel back hike is only 17mins drive from this place. Katie was responsive too. I totally recommend this place to anyone.

We loved our stay at the Pavoni Getaway! Perfect for a couple. The location was great - walkable to many restaurants, stores, and our favorite - OHSO Brewery - and just a short drive to Scottsdale or Phoenix. There’s a great walking/biking path just steps away from the complex as well that walks through the nearby golf course and neighborhoods. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio and the peacefulness of the area. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. All of the residents in the complex were very friendly. The unit was very clean, kitchen is stocked with many spices and dishes/pots/pans/silverware/tupperware. We had everything we needed! We hope to return to Carolyn’s place for a stay again soon :)

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo - it was very clean, well laid out and the location was hard to beat! A plus was meeting some of the neighbors and having a beer with some other visitors that were also staying in the complex. Really pretty grounds, condo was comfortable and host was top notch so it would be an easy decision to stay here again!

I had an amazing stay. The home was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to work, quiet and a walkable neighborhood. Monica was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I felt at home. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and every little detail showed thoughtfulness and care.

Very nice, spacious and new apartment with great amenities and location - we loved the pool area! The host was very responsive when we had questions about getting into the complex. Super easy access to the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Our only suggestion is to offer more seating (such as a bistro table) for mealtimes and to relax on the outdoor patio. Overall a nice place, a minor furniture upgrade would make it great!

Overall great experience and I would come back to this home. The hosts are very responsive, detailed, and friendly. My friends and I (3 people) had plenty of space and if you don't mind sharing a room, 1 bedroom had two big comfortable beds. There is a hiking trail minutes from the apartment, plenty of things to do and eat locally, and not too far from other popular Phoenix venues. You won't be disappointed.

everything was as described, we had a great time on our stay! only issue we ran into was the key fob missing but due to Laurie's quick responses it was with us the next day. awesome stay, awesome area, awesome host. we will be coming back!!!

Booked for one night and ended up staying 5 , Imani’s place was very nice & clean looks better in person than in her pictures, very quiet neighborhood . She was very responsive and friendly as well overall had a great stay & definitely would book again in future !
