Хихон: аренда лофтов

¿Qué decir de este loft? La localización es fantástica y la relación calidad-precio de lo más adecuada. Dispone de la equipación básica necesaria para un piso turístico (¡incluso los ingredientes básicos como aceite, vinagre y sal!)… pero también de un proyector y un buen sistema de sonido que le da ese toque de encanto diferente. La decoración es moderna y está muy bien pensada. Además, se les nota el interés en seguir mejorando para que el desgaste no comience a ser un punto negativo. De hecho, la comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido cómoda y agradable. Te reciben muy amablemente para explicar la tecnología del piso, y nos solucionaron algunas dudas que teníamos además de indicarnos algunas recomendaciones de lugares en la ciudad. No cabe duda de que volviendo a Avilés, elegiríamos el mismo apartamento

We’re so happy we got to stay in Marta’s home. She was there to check us in and showed us everything in the apartment as well as how to access the garage. The home is so beautiful and cozy—it was ideal for our first time in Asturias! It’s very close to parks, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, and the old town. Since we were there for more than a week, we were really grateful for the spacious kitchen, common areas, and laundry in unit. Don’t hesitate to book!

El lugar es precioso ,para desconectar.Laura y su familia unas personas estupendas y familiares,mi familia y yo hemos estado muy agusto y repetiriamos sin ninguna duda ,recomiendo este lugar por todo ,la belleza de sus vistas y el trato que tienes de los anfitriones ,un lugar para repetir sin dudarlo.

This was a good place to stay for our first trip to Oviedo. Right in town with easy walking access to restaurants, parks, events and train and bus connections. A bit noisy on the weekends, but that is to be expected in a tourist area.

Laura's place was great for a month long stay. Felt right at home from day one and Laura was friendly without being intrusive. Location is great, next to busy bars and restaurants which was what I was looking for. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything I needed.

Adam en zijn zoon zijn geweldige hosts, prettige ontvangst, heldere uitleg over de loft en de bediening van apparatuur. Heel fijn ook dat ze met je meedenken en met vragen bij hen terecht kunt. Binnen in de loft is het een oase van rust, je kunt er heel prettig verblijven, de renovatie is zeer fraai uitgevoerd met hoogstaande en warme materialen. De bedden en douches zijn heerlijk. De locatie in het centrum is heel fijn, zeker omdat er veel gezelligheid is in Gijon en weinig toeristen, veel locals, genoeg leuke restaurantjes om te ontdekken en genoeg te doen in Gijon en omgeving. Parkeren op straat in de omgeving is niet aan te raden als je je huurauto netjes wil inleveren, Maar er zijn 2 prima parkeergarages heel dichtbij. Als tips om te bezoeken: de oude badhuizen onder het plein bij de kerk, het treinmuseum om de hoek en natuurlijk kan een rit naar de pico’s niet ontbreken. We kunnen de prachtige loft alleen maar aanbevelen en zullen zelf zeker nog een keer terugkomen.
