We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile in questa splendida tenuta a due passi dalle Terme di Saturnia. La location è semplicemente perfetta: immersa nella natura, con una vista mozzafiato che lascia senza parole. Gli appartamenti sono curati in ogni minimo dettaglio, con un design elegante e raffinato, e una pulizia impeccabile che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. L’host è stato impeccabile: disponibile, accogliente e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, contribuendo a rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. Un’oasi di pace e bellezza che consigliamo a chiunque voglia staccare la spina e godersi la magia della Maremma. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Se si potevano mettere 6 stelle le avremmo messe !

Appartamento ideale per una coppia, pulito e fornito del necessario per passare una bella vacanza! Dotato di un piccolo balcone con un affaccio molto bello sulla pineta. Situato in una zona tranquilla, ma ricca di servizi come ristoranti, bar e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. Gli host sono molto disponibili e reattivi. Ci piacerebbe sicuramente tornare in futuro!

We enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we need to cook our selves dinner. the beach was a bit further walk than we thought. but still a nice relaxing stay.

L' appartamento di Ivana è molto spazioso, in una posizione centrale sia in paese come nella zona. L' appartamento a piano terra è caratterizzato da ampi spazi molto adatti per famiglie con bambini, la casa è dotata di tanti confort e sicuramente il doppio bagno è un valore aggiunto! La signora Ivana è sempre stata pronta e disponibile in qualsiasi momento per consigli locali o per eventuali spiegazioni sull'appartamento. Massima disponibilità anche per il nostro check-in e check- out in quanto avevamo tempi stretti. Il paese di Fonteblanda dista 6/7minuti di macchina dalle belle spiaggie di sabbia della zona, come la spiaggia Osa, e 5 minuti di macchina dal mare con scogli come ad esempio la spiaggia Bengodi, meritano essere visitate, oltre al bellissimo paese di Talamone che si vede a spicco sul mare. Per la nostra famiglia è stata una bella vacanza veramente! ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie mille anche alla signora Ivana!!

una bella sistemazione nel cuore della. laguna di Orbetello. tutto a portata di piede, privacy e comodità. la casa è luminosa e il piccolo terrazzo perfetto per una colazione tra i tetti delle case.

Beautiful little gem overlooking Cala Piccola with the Giglio Island in the background making for some of the most beautiful sunsets you can get in the Argentario area. The apartment gives you access to a private beach with crystal clear water (accessible with a free 5-7 minutes shuttle) or by car(€5 parking fee/day) with umbrellas 🏖️ 🏖️ and deckchairs (included in the price of the apartment!) and a convenient restaurant/bar on the water for espresso, a cold beer, gelato, or a nice plate of pasta few steps away from the water. Kira and Valerio, put lots of attention to make sure that you find anything you need in the kitchen and feel at home right away when you arrive. They were very helpful and accommodating from start to end. Perfect place for a romantic gateway or even for a great relaxing vacation by yourself. You need a car here but parking is included and roads are very tight in the turns so go slow! Porto Santo Stefano is a 20 minutes drive. Definitely will be back. Thank you!

Unser Frühjahrsurlaub bei Riccardo war ein voller Erfolg. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus punktet vor allem mit der großzügigen Terrasse, die sich als absolutes Highlight erwies. Hier verbrachten wir unsere Abende mit atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen und den faszinierenden Glühwürmchen – ein traumhafter Ausklang jedes Tages. Die Lage ist optimal gelegen: 20 Minuten zum Sandstrand, idyllische Wanderrouten zu kleinen Schluchten (die im Frühjahr herrlich menschenleer sind), und das charmante Porto Santo Stefano erreicht man in nur 10 Minuten. Die Region beeindruckt mit ihrer entspannten Atmosphäre und den außergewöhnlich gastfreundlichen Bewohnern, die besonders kinderlieb sind. Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis war das Grillen von frischem Fisch – ein Genuss, den man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte. Für Familien, die Ruhe und authentische italienische Lebensart suchen, ist diese Unterkunft perfekt geeignet. Wir können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Serena und Giulio. Serena hat uns persönlich empfangen und war immer für uns erreichbar, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten und hat uns viele tolle Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Alles in allem konnten wir so unseren Aufenthalt im Toskanischen Frühling bei bestem Wetter genießen. Danke!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a settembre .La casa corrisponde alla descrizione e per noi(4 amici con 2 cani) è stata perfetta .Con 2 giardini sui 2 ingressi della casa c'è tanto spazio per tutti (animali ,bambini e adulti). Cenare la sera in veranda è piacevolissimo il tutto in una location tranquilla lontana dal traffico .La cucina è un po' sacrificata ma per la vacanza è lo stesso .La spiaggia si raggiunge camminando in qualche minuto(noi siamo stati alla Petite Europe che accetta i cani ed ha un'area dedicata. Consigliata per tutti.C'è anche il posto auto. Franco

Tolle Unterkunft mit Traumblick auf Landschaft und Meer, sehr ruhig und idyllisch, Ausstattung war geschmackvoll und zum wohlfühlen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich und angenehm im Umgang. Man hat die Atmosphäre wie im eigenen Haus. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir können es nur empfehlen. Man muss allerdings bereit sein, das Auto zu benutzen, da Unterkunft auf dem Hügel liegt, deshalb der schöne Ausblick!

The garden and sorroundings are so nice and pretty. The appartment is well equipt. Alessandro is a very good host. Orbetello is such a perfect place to run, walk or go to the beach. The small city has restaurants, shops and bars. Easy to travel by car to Pisa, Firenze and Rome. 1hr30 to Rome and 2hr to Firenze. 6hr to Venice (via Firenze). I would love to come back. I stayed for 1 month to work and train for the Marathon in Venice (42K).

Breathtaking view from the balcony! We loved the indoor outdoor living space! The main living area inside was small but well decorated and equipped really nicely In the kitchen - the large dishwasher was fantastic! But the amazing views from the terrace are something we’ll never forget!!! During the day the sun is scorching on this terrace, the sun shade was not working so we were bound indoors. I messaged Francesca and an hour later it was fixed and totally helped us fully enjoy the outdoor living space. I think the only thing that could make this space even better is if there was a smart tv in the living room with the couch facing it, as well as a wall mounted smart tv in the bedroom. Otherwise fantastic stay!

Silvia e sua mamma sono state molto disponibili e accoglienti, l'appartamento pulito e ben arredato in un complesso residenziale curato e tranquillo; il paesino offre tutti i servizi necessari con un ottima gelateria e in agosto la sagra della Butterata non è da perdere. il mare è a 5 min. in auto con molta spiaggia libera e anche stabilimenti balneari.

Needed some time off and Giorgia’s place was so peaceful and nice! Right in the middle of nature but still close to anything you might need during a vacation. Can choose between visit around or also relaxing in the beautiful garden. The description matched the place. Would do it again!

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

La casa è molto vicina al centro del paese. Spaziosa con grande terrazza esterna. Utilissimo Il garage vista l’impossibilità di trovare un parcheggio. Alessia è stata precisa nelle informazioni e gentile.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

We had an excellent stay at Chiara’s place. During a period with high temperatures the building“s location on an elevation added a nice, cooling brise especially at night. Chiara and her family were super friendly.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Sehr großes Esszimmer und zwei Bäder. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber. Das Bett ist bequem und es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Man braucht schon ein Auto um gut durch Grosseto zu kommen aber es lohnt sich! Der einzige Nachteil ist dass auf dem Nachbargrundstück ein ziemlich großer Hund wohnt. Die Nachbarn sind aber nette Leute und sind sehr Rücksichtsvoll gewesen. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen!!!
