I could not recommend this place and these hosts enough! The place was warm and welcoming and I absolutely love the location. A very peaceful neighborhood with easy bay access. The hosts were amazing and responsive. The house had some maintenance problems but at no fault of theirs…just typical house problems and they handled everything extremely well and we were not inconvenienced at all! Also our dog loved the place and they were stocked will all the dog necessities which was very helpful!

This was a wonderful location with personal touches and thoughtful planning. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked, yard was perfect for our dog and beds were clean and comfortable. Our dog loved the beach which was a quick walk away. Brian was responsive on the two occasions I had to reach him. The home was close to Little Creek base which was convenient to see our son. Parking was terrific and the home is on a street that is not too busy. The only negative that I’d have is that (as a middle aged woman who sleeps HOT) we were unable to adjust the home’s temperature below 68. Ceiling fans and oscillating fans were available which was helpful. Overall would recommend this home and its host and will likely be back in the future!

Host was very responsive and very helpful! The house was clean and close to stores if we needed something! A wonderful stay; and, would stay again!

Bob's place is in a killer location: feels quiet and remote but is also close to everything. The place itself is spacious, homey, has bikes for use, and is very comfortable. There's nature, nice dining spots, and places to ride a bike. I loved the place, and Bob was a solid host who always responded quickly and clearly cares about his guests and their experiences.

Janine was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Travelling with our dog, the fenced yard and pet amenities were definitely appreciated! The space was clean and comfortable, and very much met all of our travel needs. Thanks!

The house is very comfortable and spacious with a nice kitchen and big bathroom. The living room and bedrooms are big. The beds are very comfortable and the backyard was a nice addition. The house is located within 10 minutes driving on local roads to many of the attractions that Norfolk has to offer and also within a 10 minutes drive to amazing restaurants. Adam is a great host and we would stay at this house again!

We really enjoyed staying at the golden hour! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They had sound machines in every bedroom which if you have kids is a big deal. The toys and kids activities there were a big hit! The pools are pristine and the whole outdoor area is very nice! Very short walk to beach which was also convenient! They literally thought of everything, if you forgot something chances are they had it! Definitely recommend staying here if you have children and want a nice low key place to stay!

The house design and decor was even better in person! The outdoor space is fantastic, very stylish and functional and we spent a lot of time at the pool. TVs in every location allowed us to cohabitate and enjoy music or shows of our liking. The neighborhood felt very safe and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants near 5th street. As a mom with two teenage girls sharing the one bathroom was a bit cramped but we made it work. I would've liked a nightstand lamp or bench to plop stuff on, but the furnishings were flexible and I was easily able to create a makeshift office in the LR and as a bonus, take calls by the pool. Overall, a charming place and very enjoyable stay for a mini beach week with teenagers. Thank you, Bradley!

We were very pleased with the house. Just be careful w little ones, all vent covers were not secured to the floor properly and that could be safety hazard. One disappointment we had -although the beach was very close (5 minutes walk) there were runoff pipes all along the beach. Public beach a 5 minute drive. We ended up driving to Virginia Beach and had much better time there, 40 minute drive.

Lovely home in a great location . Very clean, nicely decorated, well appointed and cozy with a beautiful pool area. John-Leon is a great host and was very responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Rodica’s house was as advertised and a great place to spend a long weekend. I would love to come back in the summer when it’s a little warmer and enjoy the pool. We loved sitting in the back deck watching the sunsets and had great weather.

First off! Sabrina is one of the most nicest, considerate, kind-hearted, caring , responsive host that I’ve come across. Her house is BEAUTIFUL, clean, spacious and cozy. The bed that I splept in was so comfortable! The house is technology ready!! “SMART HOUSE” “ absolutely loved it!! Beautiful pool and backyard. I enjoyed my stay! 😁

This is a wonderful beach home within walking distance of the oceanfront. Our extended family enjoyed a fantastic visit. The house is set up perfectly for multiple families with a large gathering space on the top floor next to the kitchen. There are several decks throughout the home to catch the sea breeze and air. Beverly was a great host and responsive to our needs.

I had a fantastic stay in Williamsburg! The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. Their attention to detail and hospitality really stood out. I would absolutely love to return for another visit. Highly recommend!

Clean, safe, easy to get to. Did the job we needed it to for the weekend.

We stayed at Richard’s because we were getting married on the beach which is right behind the house however weather halted tht so we opted to get married right in his beautiful backyard. The first day we were there we met his father who introduced himself and let us know tht if there was anything we needed to just reach out. Richard and his Mom actually were very sweet and left us a beautiful card for our wedding, the house is gorgeous and it was very clean. There were a lot a personal touches in the house tht made it truly feel like you were home. I can’t wait to stay there again next year for our 1st year wedding anniversary.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Sarah’s place. Her place made us feel right at home and we loved everything about it. We definitely want to come back and get this place again. She was very helpful and responded right away about a router my husband needed to work from home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and quiet. We sat on the balcony off the master bedroom and watched the sunset over Little Creek most nights. It would have nice if at least one cupboard was empty so we could store our groceries so we had to do some rearranging

we stayed and took our 2 dogs. the pet amenities were fabulous! my pups were able to settle in and relax. it's one block from the beach! my only "complaint" is that there is no tub. However the stand up shower is awesome and great for the dogs if needed. back yard is nice.

Steff’s place had all the right touches, from the soft comfy bedding to the Nintendo console. It felt like home, cozy and comfortable. The amenities were very thoughtful, especially the bacon & eggs as well as pizzas in the fridge. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We were locals needing a place to stay while our home was on the market, and this was our perfect home away from home. The decor and furnishings are modern and tasteful. It's conveniently located near highways, Coast Guard Base Portsmouth, and a nice Harris Teeter three minutes away for groceries. We appreciated that it was pet-friendly and had a fenced yard for our dog. We also enjoyed walking our dog in the subdivision across the street. We took full advantage of the LG washer and dryer, the comfy couch and huge Roku TV (easy to log into our streaming accounts), and a working kitchen with nice seating. Excellent local take-out spots are just three minutes away, too! The host was very proactive, friendly, and responsive with all communication. Kitchen supplies, dinnerware, etc. for cooking and eating are a bit sparse, so we supplemented with our own from home. The street the house is located on can be busy, and you can hear traffic inside. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Host was amazing and made my stay there very smooth. Everything was SUPER clean when I arrived. Lots to do and great restaurants to eat at in the area. HIGHLY recommend this peaceful / beautiful townhome to stay at while in Suffolk, VA!
