Five of us stayed at this home but more could certainly be accommodated. Tod was so receptive to anything that we needed. The home was in one of the best neighborhoods that we have stayed in and was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the added touches and Tod's hospitality. We certainly hope to return someday. My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding and it was perfect! My flower girls loved playing games in the loft area and we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and exactly as listed.

Nicholas was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. He responded within minutes to all of my questions. The house was very well kept both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and utensils for all our cooking needs. My favorite part of the kitchen was the coffee bar. There was plenty of linens and towels in each bathroom and plenty of beds to sleep in. This house was very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Wichita. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert in Stillwater and Matthew's house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and furniture and the full kitchen allowed us to cook instead of eating out for every meal. The hot tub was an added bonus to an already great place. Plenty of space for 2 couples and I also felt comfortable in the neighborhood for my morning run each day. The coffee bar was also amazing! If we're ever in the area again we would definitely stay here!

I want to say this is a very comfortable, humble, and welcoming home. I felt very at ease with everything there and was completely comfortable the entire time. I could have not been happier with what we got from it. Our little family got to relax, play outside, sit by the fire the second night (Oklahoma acted like it was going to blow away Friday!) it's definitely a must stay again and the way they supply so much real household items to use is amazing as well! makes it to where you can pack light and have more room in your vehicle during vacation which is a huge plus in a family of 4! thank you and God bless you guys!

my place to stay when I am in wichita

The house was as described and pictured. Dan was responsive and friendly. The kids loved how spacious the basement area is. The owner was even so considerate to have already provided box fans for those that might need the background noise to fall asleep. The little details make a difference. Thanks, Dan!
