So, the central station and some of the most significant sights are not far away: for example the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Schloss Bellevue, the Kanzleramt, and the enormous park of Tiergarten. The space lies on the ground floor by a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy at times.

You'll be renting a formally commercial space turned into a cozy studio. It's located in the heart of Moabit. The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants, and bars. The U-Bahn (Subway) is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a bus going to the central station. The apartment is located on the street level of a side street.
