This cosy cottage is in a prime location, namely on De Muur van Geraardsbergen! In addition to its unique location, it is above all very peaceful with lots of greenery and offers an excellent base for cycling or walking in the beautiful Flemish Ardennes. The Market Square is 600 metres from the house. There is a cosy sun terrace at the front. There are hardly any cars in the street. Et, amis de la nature, n'hésitez pas à scruter l'horizon, vous pourriez observer de beaux oiseaux!

Notre ancienne exploitation agricole, reconvertie en maison de charme entourée d’un grand jardin à l’anglaise comprenant un étang, est située à côté d’un joli ruisseau jouxtant des prairies où paissent chevaux et vaches, à quelques encablures du bourg. Notre propriété plaît autant aux voyageurs désireux de découvrir la région qu’aux femmes et hommes d’affaires qui y trouvent quiétude et sérénité. Biévène ( Bever) est située non loin des villes plaisantes d’Enghien, de Lessines et de Grammont.

The Pairi Daizi animal park is also definitely worth a visit. In Lierde, you can fully enjoy nature and you are not far from restaurants and shops.

On the ground floor: a 16m² bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Upstairs: 35 m² with a bedroom area, a lounge area, (fridge, microwave, Nespresso, sink, dishes.) TV and internet. Bed linen and towels available. Eco-friendly air conditioning is powered by a heat pump.
