We had an awesome stay at Rich’s. The grown kids enjoyed the assortment of board games available. We didn’t even watch television. Our Verizon cell service dropped but Rich warned us ahead of time and provided wifi passwords to keep us connected. Recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful stay convenient to downtown Helen, but calm and tranquil as well. I’d recommending arriving before dark if you aren’t accustomed to hilly/mountain winding roads.

This is a great apartment in an amazing location. Its a spacious apartment with lots of great building amenities. It was super clean and has everything you need. I would happily stay here again!

This was second time staying at James’s space! It is very clean and it looks just like the photos. All amenities are available as described. The bed is super comfy! I look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Atlanta. I highly recommend this to anyone!

Very nice stay overall! Situated in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District, we could not have hoped for a better location in a lovely home. So much to see and do, and all within walking distance, including restaurants, coffee shops, book stores, shopping, tours and more. The square right outside the front door was so charming, and a great place to sip on your morning cup of coffee. While parking doesn’t come with the stay, we didn’t find it to be a problem to be able to find spots close to the place. We only had a couple small issues arise during our stay. Our flat was on the top floor and the elevator stopped working following our first day, so it made moving our stuff out a little more challenging. Also, the wifi could use a big upgrade. Using the Smart TV’s in the place was next to impossible as they couldn’t connect to the internet most of the time and when they did, it was only for a couple minutes at a time. Small complaints in an otherwise great stay!

El lugar estaba excelentemente bien ubicado, teníamos muy cerca world o Coca Cola el aquarium y muchos restaurantes y bares. Lo único que creo puede mejorar es el sofá de la sala, estaba manchado y las esponjas muy gastadas. Las toallas fueron muy pocas. 1 por persona pero enseguida que les escribí me solucionaron dando una nueva. Se siente muy seguro el lugar, lo único que no nos gustó mucho es que las personas vecinas fumaban marihuana y realmente eso si nos molestaba . Por el resto si cambian el sofá regresaríamos muchas veces . Muy amables los dueños ☺️

I loved staying at Sameka's studio! It is super clean, cozy and warm. You have everything you need for a peaceful stay. The neighborhood is right near Georgia Tech with tons of restaurants, and shops steps away. I was at a training event so wasn't able to take advantage of all the area had to offer but would book again in a second. Sameka was great to interact with. Thanks for a great experience!

You can expect the very best of everything from your stay. The place is very beautiful and well thought out. Donald communicated with me throughout the whole stay. They are wonderful people and the place is absolutely beautiful!
