The property is the original 1930's farmers cottage that has been brought back to life and restored, adding to it all the modern amenities. With a hand chiseled cozy fireplace and bay windows to watch the calves through, even rainy days are special. The property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, indoor and outdoor dinning tables. This charming ranch-style home comfortably accommodates **up to 6 adults** plus **2 to 4 children** with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is not suited for more than 6 adults at any one time, but can host 8 to 10 guests when including children. Bright and spacious, it’s just a short walk or drive to Georgetown’s Town Square, where you’ll find award-winning coffee shops, farm-fresh dining, historic architecture, and unique boutiques—the perfect retreat for your stay.

Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1750sqft) that backs up to a hayfield. The house has 3 queen size memory foam beds. The master bedroom has a office desk. There is also stainless steel appliances and the fridge has water/ice maker. The master bathroom has a garden tub. You'll have a refrigerator, washer, dryer. The TV has Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon prime. The backyard has a patio with outdoor furniture and is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).

Perfect location, perfect for dogs. Best fenced yard in Old Town, backs to SouthWestern University. Historic Georgetown Square is 1/2 a mile away. Near the 29 and a 3 minute drive to the 35 and 130 inner loop. Front house: Two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 bathroom, TV room in the front house. Back unit (called bedroom 3 in the listing - extra cost), has desk and a full bed (no running water in office). Can add another full size sleeping setup.
