Sit back and relax in one of two new custom-built small houses that sit side by side. If traveling with friends or family and you want your privacy this would be ideal. Enjoy the view of Discovery Ski Mountain, serene sunsets, wildlife and birds. You are a 10-minute walk to the downtown area where you will love the small-town charm and quaint shops. Enjoy some of our favorites Philipsburg Theatre, Granite Ghost Town, Philipsburg Brewery, Sweet Palace, sapphire mining, fishing and hiking.

This cozy guest cottage is located three blocks from downtown. Unit is detached from main house and accessed off the alley adjacent to garage. Cottage has separate parking and beautiful views. This approximately 140 square foot space includes a half bathroom (no shower/tub), microwave, fridge, hot water kettle, desk, and queen bed. Smart tv/wifi and bluetooth speaker. An affordable, comfortable option for solo travelers or couples who just need a good spot to crash. New window AC in 2025.

A sweet gathering place just off the Georgetown lake. The windows allow views of the lake nearly everywhere in the house. Imagine waking up to the sound of the lake, the birds, especially the eagles. Watching the local wildlife (Jill the moose is a family favorite) and so much beauty. The house is equipped and ready for your getaway! Home sleeps 8 easily with loft room for kiddos. Can sleep up to six with the fold-out couch, four is very comfortable. RV pad w/ power hookup available in summer; + $15/night. No pets.

The Pburg Chalet

The Chalet is the perfect accommodation to enjoy everything the Philipsburg area has to offer! The house offers large windows in the main rooms of the home, allowing for ample light to enjoy the mountains. There are three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a bunk bed that is a single over full, and a third with two single beds,) that provide privacy for a multiple family party. The house is a mere two minute walk down to the main street of Philipsburg.

Tucked in the Pintler Wilderness above the delightful town of Phillipsburg, this little 2 bedroom cabin is so cozy and inviting even Orion would put down his bow and stay while. A waterside mountain retreat, located on Georgetown Lake, minutes from Discovery Ski Basin, amazing groomed snowmobile trails, X country ski trails, snow showing, and ice fishing. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath is a warm and comfortable space with breath taking views. A wood pellet stove keeps the chills away while you enjoy all this area has to offer. This is all in the midst of lots of wildlife and don't forget about the neighborhood moose.
