Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. Wake up to the roosters crowing and the birds chirping. Settle in for the night with the sound of the crickets and if nature plans for it some really beautiful sunsets. 4 beds in upstairs loft. Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.
