Private studio with a view! Close to Nyon.

Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Truly Amazing Geneva lake and Alps Mountain view

With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. FREE CHARGING for electric cars in the underground parking facility!

Cosy studio in city center

Equipé d'un lit simple. Cosy studio indépendant pour une seule personne (18 m2 avec kitchenette, salle de douche, wifi) au centre-ville, situé dans notre jardin. Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. NOUS LOGEONS SUR PLACE ALORS INTERDICTION DE FETES et faire venir des inconnus pour la nuit. Plusieurs plaintes déposées à ce sujet. :) Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie ménage fait MERCI

Studio du Lac - Domaine de Belle-ferme

Le studio du Lac est situé sur le domaine de Belle-ferme. Entrée indépendante, l'appartement se trouve au 2ème étage d'un majestueux bâtiment datant du 19ème siècle. Le studio dispose d'une salle de bain, une cuisine agencée, d'un chaleureux coin salon avec son poêle à pellets ainsi qu'un bel espace pour vos repas. Pour les beaux jours vous pouvez profiter du balcon privatif. l'appartement vous offre une magnifique vue sur le lac Léman ainsi que les Alpes. Possibilité de visiter le domaine.

Cozy cabin with private Finnish sauna

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. Au rez-de-chaussé d'une maison individuelle récemment rénovée, à l'orée du parc naturel Jura Vaudois. Idéal pour ballades, vtt, etc. Entrée et chemin d'accès dédié via un escalier, joli jardin équipé. 15 minutes de trajet pour Nyon par le train. 45 mins pour Genève (+aéroport) / 30 mins en voiture). Arrêt train à 5 minutes à pied. Proche clinique de Genolier, Paleo Bien équipé, jardin privé, magnifique vue sur le lac Léman, Genève, et le Mont-Blanc. Très calme.

Cosy Chalet in the forest with Wood Fired Hot Tub

Hi there, thanks for checking out our little chalet in the woods :) If you like nature, this is the place to be. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.

Very close to bus stop "Bassins Tillette" with 20 min journey to Gland train station. The closest ski resorts are St-Cergues (15 mins) and La Dole (30 min).
