The apartment is situated on the fourth floor (access by lift) of a prestigious building on one of the most renowned streets of Genoa's city centre. There is a small balcony which faces via XXV Aprile. The apartment is extremely bright and has been refurbished to excellent standards. It comes complete with a variety of accessories making your stay both enjoyable and comfortable. ( coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, bed linen, towels, TV, DVD player, free wi-if connection and air conditioning) The sofa is also a sofa -bed which sleeps a further two people. The accommodation is within a two minute walk from bus stops and the Underground service in Piazza De Ferrari, where there is also a pay car park. The Carlo Felice Theatre, Palazzo Ducale, Via Garibaldi with the museums of Strada Nuova, La Chiesa del Gesù, la Cattedrale di San Lorenzo are all within a short walking distance. The well known Aquarium and Old Port (Porto Antico) can be reached by foot in ten minutes walking through the historic centre or down the characteristic paved streets of Via San Lorenzo. This beautiful area of Genoa boasts a variety of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops and much more. Delightful boat trips are available from the Old port (Porto Antico) to the renowned towns of Camogli, Portofino and the beautiful Cinque Terre.
