We had an amazing week here - the place was even better than the photos and we were welcomed with open arms and told to treat it like our home upon check in. Always responsive if we had any questions throughout our stay including dropping over a new bbq tool set for us! Great swimming pool, clean spacious bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It’s well worth hiring a car, there is a local coffee shop/bar - Kaiki, who were very friendly, and a couple of local traditional places to grab some food within walking distance, but the car was great for exploring Faliraki and more of the island. Recommend Tsambika beach and exploring into the mountainous areas and lakes too - stunning scenery! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines de vacances en famille. Un immense merci à Antonis, ainsi qu'à la très aimable propriétaire de la maison, Koula, pour leur réactivité, leur gentillesse et leur simple sens relationnel et humain, si apprécié de nos jours. La maison, le jardin avec ses pommiers, la cour avec son balançoire, les drôles de chats et les volailles... tout a été comme un retour à l'enfance. ❤ En plus, avec la mer à 3 minutes à pieds et avec des voisins hyper sympas. Rundum einfach toll! Ein vollausgestattetes Haus, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Perfekte Lage, kein Massentourismus, super Lage und ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der alle unsere Fragen mit Rat und Tat beantwortet hat.

This place is a great choice for people who want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of southern Rhodes. You can visit several places from here by car. Lachania is a nice small village. Gennadi (10 min by car) is great for groceries and restaurants. We also recommend going south and visiting the beaches there. Irene’s House is beautiful and the interior has been created with lots of attention to detail. The terrace upstairs is amazing and has a nice view, when it’s windy, you might want to stay downstairs on the other (shared) terrace. One downside for us was the bathroom, it needs a redo as it’s quite dated. Everything was clean and functional though, great water pressure! Overall we loved it here and would always come back when we’re in Rhodes.

This authentic little place was just gorgeous. We had the best time here. It was a great space for us and kids and had thoughtful snacks left for us. Our host was so helpful and the renovated space is just perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Eefthera

A true, traditional Greek village experience. Great property, with all the amenities needed for a long term stay. A car is definitely required to visit all that Rhodes has to offer. However, don’t miss out on spending a little time in Soroni, meeting its many friendly and welcoming residents and checking out its authentic beach front seafood restaurant.

We enjoyed the stay and the village. Quiet and calm at this time of year which is what we had hoped for. Friendly Perfect beach spot opposite the apartment and in the afternoons we walked to the other end of the village to the stone beach where we were basically on our own. The apartment patio was also a nice restful area in the shade with a great view to the sea. To see the sunrise you need to walk a few hundred meters into the village, or climb the mountain/hill next to the apartment, which is what we did. A good week.

This was one of the best airbnb's I ever stayed at. The family was overly kind, gave us a ride to the place, had wine waiting for us. The place was so clean, well stocked, and felt like home. Was nice to get away from noisy Rhodes. Centrally located, so if you rent a bike or car you can get anywhere on the island very easily. Highly highly recommend this place.

The house is nice with a private garden and great pool that had some equipment with it. The house was very clean and prepared, also included some snacks and surprised me with cooled wine :-) Thank you for that :-) It was a lovely stay with lot of cats which my daughter adored. We are looking forward to come again.

Martin and Zuzana were super attentive. Always responding quickly to our questions and happy to help. They even apologised for a couple of things that were missing in the house but the house was perfect. For sure, the price was amazing for 4 rooms with private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, pool and barbecue. We certainly enjoyed a lot our time in the house and will for sure repeat if I ever go back to Rhodes!

Eine sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles was man benötigt in der Nähe und trotzdem ruhig. Netter gemütlicher Strand in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft sauber und von den Gastgebern gepflegt. Sehr netter Kontakt und Tips für den Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen auch die in 2 Minuten erreichbare Taverne / Restaurant Nikolas. Leckeres Essen und superfreundlicher Service. Chef kümmert sich selbst um die Gäste. Wir vermissen es, wie auch den Blick aus dem Garten mit dem kleinen Pool von Ioannis und seiner Familie. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. D&R Villas was amazing… as was Dimitrios! This villa had everything we could have wanted and needed, and is by far the nicest house in the village of Gennadi. Our local family friends came by and kindly reminded us it is not the authentic village vibe (as they look around in awe) but I think they were just jealous! Dimitrios was the best and quite literally responded within seconds to any matter I needed help with. The villas are also in the most fabulous location with equal walking distance to the beach as you are the village. A pool almost also feels necessary given how hot Gennadi is. There’s no where else I would have wanted to stay in Gennadi and we will be returning to the villas when we come back to Rhodes next year. Don’t hesitate, book the villas. Thank you Dimitrios!

5/5 Due to personal issues, we had to cut the trip short and they have agreed to work this out with us, great customer. Deep pool, beautiful views, perfect kitchen and resting area. Best part, the bedrooms, something different, great place, would highly recommend. People that take care of the place are very attentive and easy going.

The villa is very spacious with enough space for 10 people. It's well equipped and had everything you need for the stay. The location is great, 10 min away from the beach, and there are some restaurants and shops nearby. The garden is quite big, with a lot if fruit trees, but it needs some attention. The pool area was clean and overall great. Giorgos met us at the villa with some greeting vine and fruits. He also gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. Great host! We stayed for 2 weeks, 1 week in he sent cleaning ladies to change bed sheets and towels, which was very nice.

Nicola's place is in a fantastic spot in Lindos town, just outside of the busiest area but within a couple of minute's walk of the bustle of the main town with it's shopping, bars and restaurants, and just a few minute's walk to the main beaches and the acropolis. It's well equipped and suited us perfectly with two older teenage kids. It's worth mentioning that the master bedroom with en suite is up a set of cobbled outside stairs with no railings, and the roof terrace (which is lovely to sit out on in the evenings) also has no safety railings. So this house may not be suitable for families with small kids, or for older people who may struggle with the cobbles and outside stairs. I would also point out that Nicola's listing didn't mention the tourist tax which was introduced across Greece this year and amounts to 10 Euros per night, so an unexpected 70 Euros for us. That said, we had a really lovely week staying here in July and would definitely recommend Nicola's house to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Michal's villa, the villa is a really good size with a lovely outside area and pool, it was in a very quiet cul-de-sac but within walking distance to lots of restaurants, cocktail bars and a few café. Lardos was a fantastic area, the restaurant were all very welcoming, with amazing food, Valentinas being are favourite, closely followed by Roulas. Yamas makes some amazing cocktails and Apostolas bakery had some lovely pastries. Lindos is about a 12min by car. There are some beautiful beaches a few minutes drive away (told Lardos beach is walkable, but didn't walk it ourselves) There are watersports at Lardos beach, and Pefki beachi is well worth a visit. The drive from the airport was easy, Michal did send us a link for the address as it's hard to find on goggle maps, which was helpful and took us straight to the front door. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Wir haben uns sehr spontan für Kitesurfurlaub auf Fanes entschieden und sind auf diese Unterkunft gestossen. Für diese Art von Urlaub ist die Immobilie perfekt geeignet (2 Gehminuten vom Meltemi-Kiteclub entfernt, viel Platz und Gartenschlauch vorhanden). Die Unterkunft war deutlich besser, als auf den Bildern dargestellt (sehr hell, super ruhige Lage, Sicht aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang, 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche & Toilette). Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass sich die Klimaanlage im Wohn-Essbereich befindet, und es im Schlafzimmer daher recht warm war. Zudem war zu Beginn ein etwas feuchter Geruch im Cottage vorhanden. Ein Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert, da sich die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 20 Gehminuten Entfernung befinden. Wir würden definitiv wieder in dieser Unterkunft verweilen.

Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus genossen. Kinder haben großen Spaß in einer rein grünen Umgebung mit selbst gepflanzten Weintrauben, Feigen und Granatäpfeln. Die süßen Katzen und der Hund waren ein Highlight für Kinder. Einmaliges Erlebnis von Stampfen der Trauben, und die tolle Gastfreundschaft von Petros rundet unseren Urlaub ab.

La villa est charmante: décoration de bon goût. literie impeccable. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille merveilleux. Nous connaissions déjà Lindos que nous apprécions beaucoup. L'emplacement est en plein cœur du village. Seul petit bémol : la salle de bain qui est rudimentaire mais fidèle aux photos. Ines est très réactive et sympa. 💗

very cozy apartment directly on the beach with a wonderful sea. air conditioning working very well, no problems with water/hot water. Tanja always very kind all the time even if she is in south Africa. I really recommend her apartment and Tanja as a friendly and serious host

Agrotopia is an amazing place and our stay was truly wonderful! Not only are the houses very beautiful and the pool plus garden simply magical, Nicolinda is also the best host one can imagine, she is very kind and extremely supportive, always answering immediately and providing very good and helpful recommendations. She also went above and beyond to make us feel at home and to fulfil all our wishes. We travelled with our two little boys and Nicolinda was so kind to give us an extra baby bed, baby tub, high chair and many other extras. Also we were welcomed with a basket of fresh eggs from their own chicken and a plate of watermelon, and throughout our stay we received again and again fresh fruits and vegetables from their garden, which tasted great, and at the end fresh Greek mountain tea. All of us enjoyed our stay a lot and we are planning to return next summer. Thank you very much, dear Nicolinda!

This traditional house is perfectly located in Stegna, across from the sandy beach. It is small but charming, with everything you need. A big plus is the outside space, there is a large dining table under a pergola which is sheltered from the sun all day and you are set back from the road. The front of the garden gets the sun and there is an umbrella and 2 sun beds. The kitchen is small but there is a barbecue outside and lots of restaurants nearby (the one next door we found was the best in Stegna). Vasilis was lovely and waited for us even though our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. This was one of our favourite ever Airbnb’s.
