Christine’s place is great! It’s so close to so much to do and she even provides a list of recommended places in the area. It is spacious enough for a large group or family to stay in. It was clean and tidy. She was always responsive to any questions I had and provided clear instructions for check in and check out! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! We had to postpone our trip a couple of times but Jamie was incredibly helpful and flexible. The house was clean, cosy, well equipped and the neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant. Short drive to lots of places. Super dog friendly area, house and neighborhood! Highly recommend:)

Joaquin was a great host. The house was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. We had no issues at the house and the area has some great small locally owned shops with excellent food. The local bakery was also excellent. We will definitely stay there again if the house is available the next time we go to Buffalo.

There were a group of us (7 total) everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room. Also ample off street parking.

House was nicely decorated and clean. Hosts were lovely and extremely responsive! Would recommend.

Nice place

We had an amazing stay. It was our ideal retreat in the finger lakes region. Beautiful views, a great hot tub, nice sized house, beds were comfy, and it was convenient to Letchworth State Park. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for roughly 3 weeks. Absolutely loved it beautiful old historical home. kitchen was awesome. Everything was comfortable. We definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much!! Having space to spread out and be comfortable as well as all the amenities!! So much better than a hotel room!! We would recommend this home highly to anyone needing to stay in the area!!

We enjoyed it. I grew up camping in tents, motor homes and trailers, and this was the easiest stay I have ever experienced. Comfortable bed, directions for everything were clear and easy to follow. Surrounded by nature, it was easy to see the stars and the moon. A very welcome change from the malls and lights surrounding RIT. It was cold at night, and the heater worked perfectly. I enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen, knowing I could cook inside if I wished. Sandra was very welcoming to us and to our dog, and gave good recommendations for local restaurant options. We were able to have a fire in the fire pit, and really lucked out with the weather. Thanks for a very fun stay!! We hope to return in the spring!!

Our family (including our two dogs) had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spreading out. The location was ideal—peaceful neighborhood with convenience to the event we are attending, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and offer helpful information. It truly felt like a home away from home. This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

We went to visit our son who lives in Irondequoit. This is a great location and I hope to come back during warmer weather and use more of the amenities. We have a blind dachshund and the house was very navigable for her.

Have a quick weekend in Buffalo. Our stay here was easy, and comfortable. Easy expressway access so easy to get around town. Place was very comfortable.

Thanks again Gregory, we enjoyed the stay and the studio apartment; it was very comfortable and super clean. The area is pretty nice especially west of the apartment. Imagine it would be a very busy area in summer. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would return and recommend to friends!

I had a fantastic three-night stay at this charming, up-to-date cottage. It was cozy and welcoming, with a spotless bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower and stocked with plenty of fresh towels. The bedroom was comfortable, and I slept great each night. The location is easy to find, right off the main road, which was super convenient. I also enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi, nice TV, and the thoughtful touch of a Bose Wave radio with a selection of music CDs. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!
