A modern apartment with a very nice living room with kitchen. Well equipped. The neighbourhood is calm and you can reach downtown Utrecht and its railway station easily by car or by bus. This apartment is normally inhabited by the hosts so the place has much more charm and quality than the usual apartments that are commercially rented out where everything is IKEA and without much character. The hosts are very nice people that explained everything well. They also generously gave us some fruits and prosecco and we they offered us to use food in the fridge and kitchen.

Our family had an absolutely delightful (extended) stay at Nathalie’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was definitely the cozy fireplace. It was such a treat to relax by the fire with a drink after a long day. Our host provided a perfect check-in experience, greeting us personally and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home from the start. The neighborhood is wonderful, with quaint shops, cafes, and the city center within walking distance. Communication with our host was excellent throughout our stay. Nathalie’s is very responsive to questions and provides great recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations.

Perfect for a family stay, we had 3 generations staying. Spaces to share, and separate bedrooms to retreat. Convenient to Tram stop, market and restaurants

We spent a great week at Vera's. It's a comfortable and interesting house in a vibrant area. Vera is considerate; there's plenty of good local information. Utrecht is a great city, lots to do. We had some great walks and cycling is easy and safe. The railway station is close and there are plenty of easy connections to nearby towns and cities

Ho trascorso nell’ appartamento di Isis una settimana con la mia famiglia. L appartamento è curato, arredato con gusto e con tutti i confort. Il quartiere è vicino al centro ma lontano dal trambusto e immerso nel verde. Le due bici in dotazione sono state molto utili. Utrecht tra l’altro una bellissima città e strategica per visitare tutti i Paesi Bassi. Nell appartamento di Isis ci siamo sentiti come a casa, anche noi viviamo in una zona verde vicino al centro di una bella città, e ci ha permesso di assaporare il modo di vivere degli olandesi. Consiglio vivamente!

This Airbnb was excellent! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Utrecht Overvecht train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The house itself was very comfortable and immaculately clean, with all necessary amenities provided. Everything you could possibly need was available in the home. The host was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations. I particularly appreciated the smart home features that made the stay even more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Utrecht!

We loved staying at Donate and her family’s house. It was so comfortable, in a great location easy to get around. Our daughter loved the craft area, back garden with swing and the cute bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, we really appreciated the full washer and dryer and it was a great space for us as a family traveling and needing a comfortable home base!

Floortje è stata una host molto gentile e sempre disponibile: ha sempre risposto con molta rapidità e cortesia alle nostre richieste. La casa è molto carina e il quartiere in cui si trova è delizioso e ben servito: vicino ci sono ristoranti, supermercati, autobus che portano in centro città.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Juliette's house. It is spacious and welcoming with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. It is brilliantly located for you to enjoy the amazing city of Nijmegen. Juliette was responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

The house of Ivon in Belamystraat is a very nice and cosy place to stay. It offers plenty of room and has a very well equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms each have a private bathroom and there are two separate toilets in the house. All of this is very convenient if you're traveling with two couples as we did. Ivon's place is on walking distance from the city center and there are lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood. Despite that, the street is very calm. It is not a cheap place to rent, but compared to Utrecht standards a good price quality. Communication with Ivon went very smooth: she was proactive in communicating with us before the trip and left a note with tips and explanations in the house. Next time we come to Utrecht, we will definitely try to stay there again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft von Elly. Sie ist eine nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die immer gut zu erreichen war. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben! Besonders gut hat uns der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ins Grüne und die Lage gefallen.

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt! Alles war wie beschrieben und die Fotos entsprachen 100% wie gezeigt! Bär ist einfach zauberhaft und wirklich gut erzogen und überhaupt nicht störend, im Gegenteil. Lucinda und Anniek sind ganz besondere Gastgeber! Wenn du eine Auszeit suchst, solltest du hierher fahren! Wir haben keine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Danke für alles!!!

Nice unit in row housing, very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space, and a well-appointed kitchen for cooking. Right off the canal, with a large playground, grocery store, and tram into central Amsterdam a short walk away. Was too cold for swimming but seems possible. Ivan was great at helping us get settled in. The description was a little vague on bedding, but there is a master bedroom with a large bed, and 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs, all sharing a bathroom. The one bedroom had a loft bed, and the other had an air mattress, which was fine for our 2 kids. This definitely lived in by Boris's family including younger kids, and rented part-time, so definitely "lived in", but also means there's lots of games and such. Some "interesting" possibly kid-inappropriate pictures, if they're paying attention! Overall a perfect place for a few days in Amsterdam!

Can’t wait to come back! We had the most fantastic time in this very special place which is far more amazing than the pics. There are lots of lovely restaurants and shops on your doorstep and the location is perfect for exploring. This is a home away from home and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this place!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. La maison est très propre, bien aménagé, et idéalement situé pour découvrir les environs. Les instructions étaient claires et détaillées, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée et le départ très simples grâce à la boîte à clefs. On s’y est sentis comme chez nous dès les premières minutes ! Merci pour la qualité de l’hébergement. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons !

The house of René’s is much better than what in the pictures, which was designed and renovated with high quality and tast. I love the garden as well, with the beautiful rose and birds. Every morning you will be waken up by the nice birds singing. The location is easy for both pedestrians and for those with bike, auto or boat. René makes notes clearly. You would find all facilities easy to use. Next time if I go to Muiten I would definitely choose the same house.

Michael's house was in a fantastic location to walk and bike around Utrecht. Michael was incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Utrecht!

Wir haben eine ganze Unterkunft für 6 Personen (2 Paare, 2 Singles), mit 4 Schlafzimmern für nur eine Nacht gesucht. Das war nicht einfach. Bei Katja haben wir die perfekte Unterkunft für uns gefunden. Jeder hatte sein eigenes (kleines) Schlafzimmer. Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einem großzügigen Wohnbereich und offener Küche. Draußen sitzt man besonders nett in einer gemütlich eingerichteten Lounge. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Innenstadt gibt es einige nette Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Cocktails trinken. Katja und Lola durften wir auch kurz kennenlernen. Sie ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

I would Highly recommend everyone going to Utrecht to pick this spot. I have been to a few air b&bs but this one stands out as the best. The house is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been and Pleuni & Tom were so kind and generous in there messages before arrival and even left me a little note and a bowl of snacks to wish me luck in a tournament that I had previously mentioned I was playing in. The house itself was beautiful and was pristine when we arrived and usually pictures can be deceiving and the place isn’t as nice as it looks on the pictures but this home was the opposite. It was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. All this combined with the fact that it is only a 15/20 min walk to the centre of the city and the train station makes this the ideal place to stay. Would recommend to everyone and I hope to be back.
