Tranquil Private Studio

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Centrally located for everything that the Gold Coast has to offer, this is a newly-renovated, luxury self-contained unit that promotes a fresh, holiday feel. Situated in a cul-de-sac on the ground floor of our house, this unit has a separate side entrance, wi-fi, secure carport and cute garden courtyard to have your sunset drinks or morning coffee. A great place to retreat and still be so close to all the Gold Coast attractions. Please note, that as the property owners, we live above this unit.

Our private guest suite in Highland Park is tucked away in a peaceful, secure estate with serene garden views and tropical wildlife. It features a private entrance, queen bed, Smart TV, A/C, walk-in wardrobe, deck area and own car park in front of the unit. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & more. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Guests have use of our shared pool. Ideal for work or relaxation, it’s the perfect Gold Coast retreat.

Sit back and enjoy the glittering water views! Enjoy the peace and tranquility as you watch the fish jump, the boats come and go and the sun setting over the mountains. The popular coastal village of Paradise Point and also Sanctuary Cove are only a 10 minute drive away with beachfront parks, restaurants, cafes and shops. Mt Tamborine and the GC Hinterland is an easy 30 min drive. The Oyster Suite offers the perfect coastal experience for two on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

Gilston Orchard is a rural property 9 kilometres along the Nerang Beaudesert/Murwillumbah Rd from Nerang. We are at walking distance from Hinze Dam with its View Cafe open each day. Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.
