This was our third booking with Simarjeet and we have stayed in both of his guest house locations in the Safdarjung Enclave. Simarjeet is very friendly and he is extremely communicative and he ensures your arrival experience is as smooth and seamless as it can be. He has an excellent team of staff who will welcome you, and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay in a vibrant and buzzing neighbourhood. Breakfast and all refreshments are provided and other meals are also available on request. The beds are comfortable with clean linen and towels are provided for use in the ensuite shower room. A walk out to Green Park will reward you with good restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. The nearest Metro station is 5-10 mins walk away and there are always tuktuk drivers buzzing around that are willing to take you anywhere. Simarjeet is also a fantastic and knowledgeable guide , you will not regret choosing to stay here.

It's a very good location and the service provider caretaker are very good everything were awesome.... Anybody won't feel they are away from their home.... I wish the owners carry on their service the same way....

Spacious and clean rooms for a family gathering. Cleaning staff did great job everyday. Every room equipped with kettle, cups etc. Good location surrounded by trees with walking distances to markets and metro station close by. Sector 29 market, ardee mall etc a quick drive away. Very helpful and polite staff. Few things to note: - 2 bedrooms have very soft mattresses, something to consider for people with back problems. - very small dining table (4 seater) if your group is large. - there are around 5 steps to manage to get to the lift for people with disabilities. - There are 2 small kitchenettes with 2 large rooms with microwave, single induction (as shown in pictures) but there is no full fledged kitchen on the same level. Host gave us access to much bigger kitchen on level 1 which was great and worked out pretty well for us. - Layout: Living room in the centre surrounded by 6 rooms on the same level Overall we were very satisfied given the price we paid. I had come to Delhi for a short visit of 2 days due to work and didn't want to stay too far from the airport. This property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for!! The place is perfect for 2 adults and is really cozy. The place has all basic amenities and is very well maintained. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a private location.

WOW A GREAT PLACE 10 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The apartment that we rented was the best, it had everything that we needed to feel at home. From the cleanness to the wonderful staff of hard workers who really took care of all of our needs. But I really have to give a special thank you and recognition to RAHUL RAJPUT who exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond for making sure that we were comfortable because of him we decided to stay longer. Thank you guys again

Everything was good except the fact that I have call multiple times for cleaning the room.

Ishans place is a gem, nestled in a quaint street of Nizamuddin east. The surroundings are green and you wake up to peacocks in the mornings. The room is a big loft with balcony which overlooks a mango tree. We could actually pluck mangos and enjoyed the breezy mornings. Our visit was coupled with thunderstorm and rains and it just made the place a lot more cooler. Ishan takes care of his guests well and we were overjoyed with the hospitality. CP, Lajpat Nagar, Sarojini Market are within 30 minutes drive. Anjali is the care taker here and she did everything to make us feel at home. The brilliance of this place is it's simplicity and the space it offers. The mango tree made us nostalgic, reminiscent of summer vacations. This needs to be on your bucket list for sure. We plan to come back soon

Instay's service is top class. I highly recommend staying at Instay's when visiting Delhi. Their location is very central to all the tourist attractions in Delhi and is in the better part of the city. 5 Star service. Keep up the good work.

This is our first time in India. We stayed our first few days at the appartment. We're leaving 5-star review because the bathroom, bedroom and living room were very clean and the functionalities of the appliances we needed to use worked. But they have seen a lot of years of very intensive use. Caretaker Das was very helpful and friendly. The Sector 14 has security personnel which keeps the main street environment at bay so the steet in front of the building is relatively calm. Zomato, Swiggy, Uber worked great. However, coming from europe, be cautious that I'm applying a relative Delhi scale in this rating. You will have full blast india experience as soon as you leave the colony and walk towards any metro station. At the dual carriage main road there is working market, crowds, huge traffic, cows, litter, people begging... You must cross this road to get to metro. For us it was fun but there is a level of risk involved and you will leave your european comfort zone. You see real Delhi.
