This a phenomenal place to a stay. Beautiful neighborhood close to everything, apartment is welcoming and full of beautiful art. So comfortable. Will stay again.

We had a fun and relaxing week here. The location is great, with a lot of restaurants, museums and galleries within walking distance. I was working some days and there is a cozy desk spot set up that made that easy. We also cooked a good bit, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great location clean place and great service

I’ve stayed here before while working locums at nearby Strong Hospital. The location is wonderful… short drive to work, restaurants near the URMC campus as well as downtown, and very roomy. There are 2 bedrooms but I stayed here as a single because it was so nice and therefore worth it to me. The driveway was always cleaned of snow which was nice as I’ve stayed at other places where I had to shovel. John was very responsive to messages, often replying within just a handful of minutes. When the batteries on the remote were breathing their last breath one day before the Super Bowl lol, he dropped off new batteries in time for it to not be an issue. Would stay again for sure.

Laura's basement apartment was a treat. It's everything a guest could ask for: clean, excellent location, well-appointed. It had even had some snacks!

Lori’s place in Fairport was amazing! Spacious, bright and convenient to walk or drive to shops and restaurants. Lovely decor, very comfy beds and bedding and plenty of extra pillows, towels and blankets! Absolutely lovely and homey! We hope to be able to visit again!!

Stayed with our 3 kiddos and had an excellent time. House was cozy and close enough to everything we wanted to do (in Palmyra). One of the more spacious places we've stayed at, it was nice to not feel we were on top of each other. Not sure if I missed it in the listing, but there was also a pack-n-play crib there we used! If we ever go to Palmyra again, we'll definitely try to say here again!

This is a cozy, comfortable house. A quiet neighborhood but close to things to do in Rochester. Trina is a great host. I would stay here again.

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Noel’s place. It was super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the lake and watching the GIANT squirrels in the backyard. The Wi-Fi was out when we visited, but Noel took care of us! Can’t wait to return in the summer!

It was just what was advertised. Nice area and would definitely rent again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staying at Rickey's Airbnb felt just like home! From the moment we arrived, Rickey was extremely responsive and accommodating. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. One of the highlights was when he brought us a box full of extra toilet paper, paper towels, and additional toiletries after about two weeks. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our long stay even more comfortable. The space was cozy and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Rickey’s place for anyone looking for a warm and inviting stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Noel was very attentive and everything was exactly as described! Great location near Comedy at The Carlson!

The location is cute and convenient, and was perfect for a weekend stay. It had everything we needed (we never used the washer and dryer but it's nice to have it available, just in case!). It was clean and bright, and the shower was great. The water pressure was good, and the water got nice and hot for a relaxing, steamy shower. The linens and towels were fresh and clean, and the decor was on point. It was fun looking through all the records and checking out the beer can wall. Thanks to the recommendation from the host, we made a quick stop to the cemetery to pay our respects and to check out the daffodils. 5/5, would come back again:)

This was our 3rd trip and as always it’s a favorite when we come to visit family in Batavia and Rochester . Owner is wonderful and the place is fantastic . Watched the NYE fireworks from the back deck and love the location .

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

We stayed at James’s place for a wedding in the area. The place was very clean and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, and the jacuzzi bathtub was a nice surprise. James was quick to respond to any questions we had.

I highly recommend Elizabeth's place. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of Blue Cross Arena. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was responsive and we loved her place. we would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.
