The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

Overlooking Kennebec River, Riverside is a perfect setting. Open 365 days per year; 2BR, 1 BA, kitchen, DR/common area. Situates 4 comfortably, 6 with the use of couches, 8 with added use of floor mattresses. Renovated, open concept, our home is wheelchair accessible. We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Outdoor trail cameras in use to monitor exterior of residence only.

In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Located on West Hill Road close to Cobbossee stream and I95, this newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment is a wonderful choice when visiting the Augusta/Gardiner area. This Apartment was completely renovated in May 2023 and comes fully furnished with brand new furniture, supplies and bedding! The apartment has keyless entry via a keypad with each guests receiving a unique pin. There is free on site parking and free laundry in unit.
