This condo is located at Ideal Beach Resort; the "ideal" beach vacation spot! Paddle boards, canoes, & boats are avail for rent in summer. There's easy access to resort amenities, such as volley ball, mini golf, and tennis, pickleball, and basketball. Seasonal pools & a kids pool (open through mid-fall), and a year round hot tub & sauna. A playground & BBQ/picnic area, and green space with an unobstructed view from the condo. Stop by The Store for ice cream & games of ping-pong or giant chess!

Close to Pickleville Playhouse, Sweetwater Golf Course, and includes a gate-access pass to Ideal Beach. Great for creative retreats, getaways, families, digital nomads, and vacationers; not the right place for parties. *No smoking or pets. *The HOA noise ordinance is enforced. *There will be guests in the basement unit, they have a separate entrance.
