Northern lights Luxury w/ hot tub! 10 min to city

5 min from the city and 15 min from center we have just finished our house at a wonderful quiet location. The surroundings during summertime are birds forrest and berries. Lake very close by. During wintermonths we have the privilege of a private show of the world famous northern lights. Some bus drivers know about this spot and sometimes they bring their passengers to our neighbourhood to enjoy the show. In the master bedroom we have a big window in the roof to be able to watch and stay warm.

Located in walking distance of a bus terminal, taking you to and from the airport and to various sightseeing tours of your choice. The northern lights dance freely in the sky during the winter. Cottage in the countryside but only 10 km. outside of Reykjavík. Ideal for going on day trips and exploring the main pearls of Iceland. Close to beautiful water and beautiful hiking trails. Whether it's spring, summer, autumn or winter, this beautiful location is an experience.

The Secret Cabin with hot tube in Nature Reserve

The location is exceptional, located hillside in a beautiful nature reserve, still very close to the downtown Reykjavik, 20 min drive. In winter Dec-March 4x4 car is essential in Iceland. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. The International airport is 40-50 minutes drive. Ideal located for exploring the South West.

Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

A very comfortable large 100,4m² (1080 ft²) apartment on the third floor (no lift) for up to six persons, close to the old harbor and only 950 m from the city center in the residential area of downtown Reykjavík (101). Free public parking across the street. The house is in front of a primary school which I love because it is so alive when the children go out to play. The school started at 08:30 and you might hear the bell ringing and children and parents coming to school.

Two bedrooms. one has a queen size bed with cupboards and the other has a single bed/sofa also with cupboards. Everything is separate, garden, veranda and hot tub. In walking distance you have a grocery store, big swimming pool, the famous Sky lagoon and the fabulous pub Mossley. Also you have the largest shopping center in Iceland called Smáralind in walking distance.

Our house is located in a child friendly neighbourhood. In a walking distance there is a wild lava nature and beautiful lake, swimming pool, bakery, restaurant and supermarket.

Big and beutiful patio is facing south.
