Our family of 5 (3 pre-teens / teenagers) did an IcelandAir stopover for just a couple of days. This BnB was in a great location close to the airport and the city. The home itself was wonderful and easily accommodated us. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Elisa provided amazing recommendations for things to do and local places to eat. I wish we had more time to spend in this wonderful country. When we come back, we hope Elisa and her family will host us again!

L'appartement est occupé par les propriétaires en dehors des périodes de location, ce qui en fait un appartement propre, cozy et fonctionnel. Il est assez bien placé proche de la mer et à 20 minutes à pieds du centre historique. Il est également possible de prendre les transports en commun pour aller en ville et au terminal BSI (Bus station). Nous avons apprécié la communication avec le propriétaire qui nous a bien aidé pour organiser notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Priyanka ! L’appartement est fonctionnel , propre et très bien placé. À 2 pas du logement vous pouvez retrouver un braud&co ( boulangerie ) et un bonus ( supermarché ) . Très bien situé , nous étions à 10 min de voiture du centre de Reykjavík et à 5 min du Sky lagoon ! L’hôte est réactif et sympathique, je recommande !

A lovely flat and a really lovely host. Let us check in nice and early, had a fully stocked kitchen which made a huge difference during our stay and was responsive throughout. Benedikt sent us some great recommendations as well! Couldn’t recommend more!

A perfect place for our family of three. Removed enough from Reykavik but a great home base for all of our adventures in the area. The house and grounds are beautiful and relaxing. The host family is so nice and great for recommendations. Finding the house, parking, checking in/out was all very easy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We traveled with an infant and since no one was using the place the day before, Hildur allowed us to come straight from our flight! It was so incredibly nice of them and my daughter appreciated the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. Overall, the place is beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible review. Asta was so helpful with local recommendations, and her house was clean welcoming. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The sauna and hot tub were great for relaxing. The location was perfectly central for exploring the Reykjavik peninsula.

We stayed here for our last night in Iceland to get to our flight the next day. Sunna's place is clean, neat, and cozy stay for all your short-term Reykjavik needs. Also, the neighborhood was really nice, peaceful and walkable. Overall, we had a great stay here!

The house on the lake was absolutely stunning! All of the furnishings and bedding were comfortable and the common areas were perfect for our group of 7 to hang out, play games, and just chat. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The VIEWS and setting are just unbeatable. Every bedroom has a view of the beautiful lake. We very much enjoyed our time at the house.

Wir hatten einen schöne Zeit dort, wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Lina , die Katze ist sehr süß und verschmust. Das Haus liegt am Rande der Wohnsiedlung, so mussten wir nur ein paar Schritte laufen um Nachts gut die Nordlichter sehen zu können. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Provavelmente um dos melhores locais onde ficamos, pois a casa é muito superior ao que as fotografias mostram. A localização é maravilhosa, a casa e as comodidades simplesmente soberbas, sem duvida local que iremos voltar na próxima visita a Islândia. Durante a nossa estadia sentimo-nos completamente em casa, o conforto, todos os utensílios na cozinha disponíveis, aquecimento central ótimo, enfim recomendamos é só podemos agradecer a Helga por nos proporcionar esta experiência.

A lovely apartment in a great walkable location (close to Kringlan shopping mall, and all the Reykjavik bus lines). The views out of the window were lovely - you can see the mountains in the distance, and it's in a neighborhood where there's locals, not just tourists. It had all the listed amenities, and a very well equipped kitchen especially. The host was always very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Takk fyrir okkur!

Very grateful for the fast arrangement. 3 days before check-in, I received messages that there would be no warm water in the regio’s due to change of pipes from the government. And Magnea messaged me with an alternative plan. I changed my trip plan accordingly and it worked perfect. Great house, great owner

I had the most amazing stay at Linda’s place !!! The view is breathtaking in million dollar apartments, close to everything ( like a 1 min walk ) the place is absolutely stunning next time I come I’ll only stay at Linda’s 🥰

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything I needed, which made cooking so easy. It’s only a 15-minute drive to Hallgrímskirkja, so the location was super convenient. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend and a few of his family members and had THE BEST time! Olof’s place is GORGEOUS, spacious and was super comfortable for our group of 6 people. She even made it possible for us to arrive a few hours early and stay a bit late which was so greatly appreciated after an overnight international flight! The location of the unit is excellent and the beds and furnishings are top notch comfortable! We especially appreciated Olof’s local guidebook and dining recommendations. We are already planning our next visit to Reykjavik and will 100% stay at Olof’s place if it’s available! Thank you Olof for hosting us! You’re the best!!!

Kjartan’s apartment was big, bright, and a pleasure to stay in. It’s a residential area, so we were serenaded with the sound of happy children in the evenings. Kjartan was super responsive, getting back to me in minutes to my messages. Great bakery nearby, and a relatively easy walk to downtown (although the bus would be quicker!). We were very happy with our stay.
