You’ll love my place because neighborhood is quiet, the coziness, beach is across the street , the peacefulness is best.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Great for bringing your bikes, but there's a bike and surrey rental just across street.Great for pre-cruisers.

The Sunflower Retreat, a Place Somewhere in Time

A very tranquil and picturesque place to enjoy your company and Galveston. A newly renovated 1,250 sq foot suite will give you plenty of space with your guest. It is in the historic district 4 blocks from the Strand and moments away from Stewart Beach. Come enjoy a piece of history on the same property as the 1888 Sunflower House, a state land-marker, and take a tour that is only allowed to our guests. Sunflower property is one of the most photographed pieces of property on Galveston Island.

Cozy East End Historic Area studio

A studio apartment in a Craftsman style home built in the 1920s. It is located on the edge of Galveston's Historic District. We're close to some good restaurants and within walking distance of a supermarket. The historic Strand District is a mile away, a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. The beach is close by, 3 minutes to family friendly Stewart Beach The studio is below our main house and has a low ceiling. Tall guests (over 6 ft) may be less comfortable. Most folks will find it very cozy.

Please review house rules before booking, and note that security cameras are in use in parking area.

This is a studio apartment with private entrance in beautiful, eclectic Bacliff. You're right on Galveston bay with an opportunity to wake up to Texas' most beautiful sunrises or just let the gulf air give you a moment of escape! The apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom (shower only). You'll have wifi and access to a washer and dryer. Bacliff is close to Galveston, Kemah Boardwalk, NASA, and (depending on traffic!) a 35 minute drive to downtown Houston or the Texas Medical Center.

Riverside Manor is a peaceful retreat outside of Houston, just 15 min from NASA and Galveston island. This self enclosed Guest suite has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no full stove). Exit through the kitchenette straight down to the river, where you can relax around the fire pit, fish in the Bayou or paddle a kayak (or 3). Property is raised up amongst the trees, surrounded by nature and peace. Can sleep 4 but best suited for one couple, families or 3 close friends.
