Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine gute Woche in Francescos Haus zu Gast sein zu dürfen. Die Unterkunft entspricht 100 % den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Das Stück Grün mit Tisch, Stühlen und phantastischem Sonnenschirm direkt vor dem Haus ist Gold wert. Ebenso der nur in wenigen Schritten erreichbare Pool. Francesco ist unendlich hilfsbereit und ersichtlich jederzeit um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Wenn es überhaupt irgendetwas Negatives gibt, dann die Tatsache, dass wir uns leider nicht persönlich begegnen konnten. Allein das ist aber Grund genug wieder zu kommen, um mit einem guten Vermentino gemeinsam auf das Leben anzustoßen. Wir freuen uns darauf ❣️ Fazit: Eine phantastische Unterkunft mit einem tollen Gastgeber, der jederzeit verfügbar und hilfsbereit war. P.S.: (wenn auch nur für Francesco zu verstehen) Herzlichen Dank an meinen Komplizen, auch im Namen meiner Frau 😎😂😂😂, du bist ein toller Typ 👍🏾

Wij waren verrast hoe mooi dit appartement was. Mooier dan je op basis van beschrijving en foto’s zou verwachten. Een heel mooi losstaand huisje dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Brandschoon. En op een paar kilometer van Olbia. Heerlijke plek!

Beautiful place in a stunning part of town! Super relaxed and homely atmosphere… Everything is as described but actually seems even cosier when you arrive. Elia was super friendly and helpful from the start, extending our stay and later check out couldn’t be easier! Would definitely come back and most certainly would recommend! :)

We stayed here for 8 nights as 2 couples. It was so comfortable and joyful. We worked remotely for 2 days, the internet worked fine for all of us. Giusy was so helpful, we tried all of her suggestions about beaches and restaurants, all of them were perfect. She was available all the time, she replied immediately to our questions. The pool is big enough and clean. The garden is huge and peaceful. It is better to have a car to go to the beach and to Alghero.

Maison très spacieuse, chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain et ses toilettes, et un toilette supplémentaire (4 en tout). Une des chambres est située dans une dépendance avec une entrée en extérieur. La propriété est très grande et entièrement close, attenante à la maison des propriétaires. L'environnement est calme et certainement très appréciable en été car boisé. Possibilité de garer plusieurs voitures dans le jardin attenant à la maison. La situation de la maison correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, permettant d'accéder facilement aux diverses plages au nord, à l'ouest et à l'est de Bonifacio en fonction des conditions météo.

Świetne miejsce dla osób ceniących sobie spokój, ciszę i niezależność. Na miejscu było wszystko co potrzeba do spędzania urlopu, a nawet więcej. Przydały mi się maty na plażę, korzystałam z leżaków przed domem. Wszytko czyste i pachnące w domu. Okolica też przyjemna, małe miasteczko w którym codziennie jadłam pyszne włoskie śniadania, wszystko dobre i zaskakująco tanio ( pizza już od 5 euro). W okolicy do 20 min piękne plaże, codziennie byłam na innej. Bardzo polecam dla podróżujących samochodem. Dziękuję za pobyt na północy wyspy 👋

Spectacular home with a spectacular view and a spectacular host. The house is stunning. Very well stocked and the view is amazing. Giorgio met us at the property and sat with us. He went through the home and gave us recommendations to visit. Thank Giorgio we had a wonderful time.

Ho soggiornato in questa meravigliosa villa a Stintino e l'esperienza è stata indimenticabile. La villa è spaziosa, arredata con gusto e fornita di ogni comfort necessario per una vacanza perfetta. La piscina è incredibilmente pulita e ben curata, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. La posizione è ideale: immersa nella tranquillità, ma comunque vicina alle splendide spiagge e ai servizi di Stintino. Ho trovato tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno all'interno della villa, dalla cucina completamente attrezzata fino ai dettagli come asciugamani e lenzuola di qualità. Il giardino che circonda la proprietà è l’ideale per trascorrere momenti di relax all’aperto, godendo della natura e della privacy. Consiglio questa villa a chiunque desideri una vacanza rilassante in una delle località più belle della Sardegna. Tornerò sicuramente!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement correspond à l'annonce, bien équipé et bien situé pour découvrir le nord de la Sardaigne. Merci pour cette belle semaine de vacances !

Mario and Maria were amazing and welcoming with nothing being an issue for them. The villa was spotless, the grounds were idyllic with lots of different seating areas to allow you to chill out. All the bedrooms were well appointed and the views from the master bedroom were stunning. We were there whilst the oleander was in flower and it was beautiful as there were many different colours. The pool was brilliant and we used it every day except for 1 day following a dust storm from the Sahara and Mario worked really hard to get it back on line for us by the next morning, it didn't effect us as we were out but proves the care Mario went to to cater to our needs. The outside eating area and kitchen were great and we ate there almost every night. Mario and Maria live on the property in the basement but unless you want to see them, they are very discreet. You are a little out in the sticks so will need a car to get around unless you are just planning a villa holiday. Hope to return one day.

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

Es war ganz wunderbar. Enrico und Giulio waren sehr zuverlässig und freundlich, die Lage war super, es gibt einen grossen Garten und ein kleines Gehege mit Esel, Schwein, Schaf, Ziegen und Hühnern. Die Kinder fanden das super und die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich, haben immer sofort Hilfe angeboten, wenn was gebraucht wurde. Der Whirlpool wurde täglich gereinigt. Und meistens standen morgens frische Eier vor der Tür. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Villa juste magnifique qui invite à la détente. Tout est pensé pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez dans les moindres détails. Lieu extrêmement calme et permet l’accès rapide aux différents lieux touristiques ( Castelsardo, Sassari, Alghero, Porto Torres…). Hôte extrêmement réactive et bienveillante. Que du bonheur pour nous et notre fille de 16 ans qui a adoré le jacuzzi. Nous reviendrons pour un séjour plus long. Un havre de paix!!!

Hôte très sympathique et réactif, toujours disponible donne de super recommandations dans le coin, parle très bien anglais donc communication extrêmement fluide. Attention la maison se situe dans les hauts donc il y a peu de connexion (très souvent en Edge ou 3G) donc accès restreint à Internet pour pouvoir organiser les journées. Cadre magnifique et voisinage paisible. Je recommande fortement pour ceux souhaitant se déconnecter 😊
