We had a great week at Matteo’s place. Kids absolutely loved the pool and little hammock! The view is really beautiful and you can watch sunset on the beach which is only 5 minutes away. Good place for a big family like ours. Thank you.

Magnifique logement, parfait pour amoureux de la nature, chemin d’accès un peu « sportif » car pas goudronné. Cadre paisible en pleine nature, piscine et jacuzzi, repos assuré! Damaride est qqun d’adorable et donne volontiers des conseils sur les restaurants alentour ou activités. Il y a deux maisons en location, de style un peu différent. Petit coin de paradis! Besoin d’une voiture. Les chats et le chien sont très gentils! Nous reviendrons. Merci beaucoup😘

Letizia est une hôte charmante, super gentille et très disponible. L’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui aiment le calme, la nature et le rustique. Ces recommandations nous ont permis d’exploiter parfaitement notre temps. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Gaetano à été un super hôte ! il a été très flexible quant à notre arrivée et départ. Il nous a fait la présentation du logement, remis les clés et à été excrément accueillant. Il nous a en plus offert à notre arrivé une bouteille de rosé et des friandises local 😍. Il nous a transmis une liste complète des meilleures restaurants, plages et activités à faire dans les environs. c'était vraiment un super séjours et Gaetano à été excellent tout du long ! je recommande vivement ! merci encore

We stayed at Myriam's place for a week in April 2025. It is very peaceful, with amazing views of the ocean from the terrace. The absolutely beautiful La Pelosa beach is in walking distance, 10-15 minutes. Since the beach is popular even in late April, being able to just walk down is a major advantage. You can also just walk out to the west coast, which is usually a bit rougher but makes for great hikes. We visited Castelsardo, Alghero, Neptune's grotto, and went on a day trip to Asinara Island National Park, all of if was beautiful. We had a great time. Myriam was very helpful, the check-in was easy, and she accommodate a late check-out. The apartment is very nice and we would have loved to stay longer.

Wir haben zu viert (Familie mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund) 2 Wochen auf dem Anwesen verbracht. Wir waren alle begeistert. Das Anwesen ist in einer wunderschönen großzügigen Umgebung eingebettet. Privatsphäre ist garantiert, da sich in der näheren Umgebung niemand anderes befindet. Das Haus überzeugt mit einem einzigartigen Retro-Charme. Man fühlt sich ein wenig in die Vergangenheit zurückversetzt. Wir fanden es wunderschön. Das Bad ist auf dem neuesten Stand, wobei wir an sehr heißen Tagen die zusätzliche Außendusche gerne verwendet haben. Vom Garten aus hat man einen sensationellen Ausblick. Unterm Strich haben wir als Fazit voll ins Schwarze getroffen. Was wir noch gerne hervorheben wollen, ist die Gastgeberin Marzia. Top-Kommunikation, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Besser geht es nicht :-)

Chambre spacieuse, propre et moderne. Cuisine bien équipée, plaques de cuisson au gaz 👍 mais aucun four. Véhicule indispensable. Terrasse très agréable avec espace vert tout autour et parking à proximité directe de l'hébergement. À recommander +++

Quelques détails qui pourrait améliorer le logement La table trop haute par rapport aux chaises, ce qui n’est pas agréable pour le dos. (j’en ai parlé à Dario), les serviettes en fin de vie, sans doute fin de saison aussi. L’endroit est relativement calme. On entend un peu la route quand il pleut.Comme c’était au mois d’octobre. Ce n’était pas toujours simple de trouver des activités une voiture est donc nécessaire pour pouvoir se déplacer. Nous avons quand même bien pu profiter de la petite terrasse devant la maison. Ne pas utiliser Apple Maps pour trouver la maison. De se fait nous avons un peu galéré mais Dario nous a ramené sur la bonne route.

We had a wonderful stay at Omar’s house. The family was super friendly and very flexible. They received us with a welcome gift and were very kind hosts. We really loved our stay at this peaceful and private house. The location is great to get to all the beaches and be in Olbia in no time. We can fully recommend it! Grazie Mille ☀️

We hadden het geluk om met ons gezin een week te logeren in the old stable van Francesca. Van zodra je de verharde weg verlaat, kom je terecht in een andere wereld terecht vol rust en middenin de natuur. The old stable ligt op een droomlocatie: omgeven door een prachtige kleurrijke tuin vol bloemen en kruiden, en met 360 graden zicht over de vallei en op de imposante granieten rotsen en dome. Ondanks de taalbarrière verliep de communicatie met Stefano en Francesca zeer goed. Francesca had een enorme plantenkennis en leerde ons veel over eetbare planten. Ze maakte zelfs hoestsiroop voor onze zieke zoon. Het huis is eenvoudig maar sfeervol en heeft alle nodige voorzieningen. We komen heel graag nog eens terug.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Stefanos Haus. Er hat sofort auf jede Anfrage geantwortet und will das Beste für seine Gäste. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr erfreulich, dass auch Badetücher und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand zur Verfügung stehen. Aber besser noch als am Strand zu liegen ist es die Terrasse zu genießen. Wir haben uns auch sehr über den täglichen Besuch der kleinen Hunde und der Katze gefreut.

Tina è stata super disponibile con gli orari di check-in e check-out, oltre a fornire indicazioni sulla zona e istruzioni chiarissime sul Cottage. La casa era pulita e attrezzata di qualsiasi cosa, noi abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la presenza di forno moderno (abbiamo fatto un’ottima pizza) e microonde-crisp. Magnifico lo spazio esterno con giardino vista mare, molto curato e pulito. Notevole pregio è il parcheggio all’interno della proprietà.

Wij zijn met zeer veel plezier een weekje in dit huisje geweest. Een heerlijke tuin, een perfect huisje, dat met zorg en liefde is ingericht. Luiken voor de ramen die de slaapkamer lekker donker maken, en een fijne veranda om op te zitten. Echt een plek om nog eens terug te komen! Wij waren zo dom geweest om de sleutel (die je met een koord om je hals kunt hangen) te vergeten toen we vertrokken. Gelukkig hebben we die in goed overleg kunnen terugsturen. Andere gasten, wees gewaarschuwd voor deze vergissing. Hoe dan ook: echt een aanraden, een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen en een prima uitvalbasis naar de Costa Smeralda en de bergen in het binnenland.

The cottage is pristine, private, and beautiful. There are several gorgeous beaches very near by and the hosts are very kind. If you’re looking for a relaxing home base this is perfect. I used it to explore many areas on the island and was happy to return each day. The olive trees and overflowing spring flowers made the birds sing and the view is exquisite.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sebastiano qui nous a fait cadeau de spécialités locales. Ses produits à base d’orange et de citron ‘maison’ sont délicieux. Luciana nous a donné plein d’idées afin de visiter cette belle région et est toujours disponible si besoin. Le lieu est très bien placé pour visiter le nord de la Sardaigne. Enfin, La Casedda est un havre de paix entourée d’oiseaux, d’arbres et de fleurs. C’est un bonheur pour les amoureux de la nature! Un grand merci à Luciana, Sebastiano et Ester en espérant vous revoir une prochaine fois…

I can recommend this apartment. It features a beautiful view on Corsica and a cosy garden. Kitchen is well equipped, and bathroom is clean and comfortable. Projector in the bedroom is a great feature for chilling out in the evening.

This is a great place and i feel so lucky i found it. A lot of space inside and outside. Close to the beautifull beach and shops. The garden has been such a hit with our todler and Jacqueline kindly provided some toys. The apartment is perfectly equip for with all the beach gear. Perfect. We had a perfect holiday. Thank you😊

Una settimana indimenticabile , all'insegna della scoperta. La casa di Lorenzo é stata la base da cui partire per le nostre avventure e la certezza al rientro da ognuna di esse dk trovare un luogo ospitale , accogliente e funzionale . La sera , la doccia esterna per scrollarsi il sale di dosso era un vero piacere . Non possiamo non citare la signora Liviana che ci ha accolti con affetto e gentilezza , dandoci degli utilissimi consigli riguardo le zone da visitare e intrattenendosi per una piacevole chiacchierata. Ci ha fatto sentire in famiglia . Speriamo di tornare.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Woche in diesem charmanten Häuschen zu verbringen, und sind absolut begeistert! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie sie in der Beschreibung angegeben war – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, um uns wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar, was uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung zu erkunden und gleichzeitig die Ruhe zu genießen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die liebevollen Details in der Einrichtung und die herrliche Aussicht vom Garten aus – perfekt, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, von der Buchung bis zur Abreise verlief alles reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Häuschen jederzeit wieder buchen.
