The house is amazing. We had a group of ladies, 8 of us. It was perfectly comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean.

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

Beautiful house that was perfect for our party. The neighborhood is undergoing revitalization so some areas near by are less than desirable but we always had easy access to the highway for where we wanted to go.

This home is stunning and it was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. The place was spotless and we truly felt at home. We literally had everything we needed plus more! Great place, Great location...close to Broadway. My only complaint was that the cleaning people showed up at 3:20pm and we're not done cleaning the apartment until 4:30pm, so we had to wait for them to finish before we could unpack...not the owners fault, but the owner should be aware.

I booked this place for a last minute girls trip. Our trip was during a holiday weekend and the host was extremely responsive leading up to a holiday weekend. The check-in information was extremely detailed and clear. We were looking for a place we could hang out, cook with a great pool. The house is in a great location. It felt secluded but we were about 15 minutes to convenient shopping, restaurants. BF was our contact while we were on the property and she was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Leslie's place was beautiful. She was easy to communicate with. The house was close enough to downtown, but far enough away. Several walkable restaurants. The pool was a bonus! Will definitely stay there again!

My stay was here was absolutely surreal! I loved being close to downtown Nashville, yet removed from the noise of it all at the same time. It was so peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, public and first watch are right across the street. Carrie also went out of her way to ensure my stay was top tier. She was always responsive and helpful. Was in town to see concert at The Brooklyn Bowl. This location was an easy 5 minute walk to venue. There was construction going on across the street that made getting into location a little difficult if using gps but not a big issue.

The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The balcony was super nice and the location was nice. I felt safe knowing that you had to use codes to get in to the building and such. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was not only beautiful and fun but also in a great location in walking distance to Broadway and other fun Nashville attractions.

My husband gifted me a night here so I could safely crash after a concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. I didn't need it, but I loved that there were products there already for makeup removal. Checkout requests were reasonable and easy to follow. It was clean, cute. and comfy!

I loved this place! It was the best location it could have been, and right next to the river trail for a scenic walk into Broadway. I loved how close it was to the Sounds Stadium and the new restaurants there. Also, Liz's touches were so thoughtful! It wasn't just normal stuff, she had cotton pads that I realized I had forgotten when I arrived and nice shampoos, and made sure that since we had to start the dishwasher to check out, it was an easy pod! Would definitely stay again.

Maria’s place was what I wanted. A quiet and relaxing place to stay at, not to far from restaurants and downtown Nashville. The check in and check out procedure Maria provided were excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go to Nashville.
