Στη περιοχή Ψαριανά κοντά στον Ναό της Κοίμησης και στην αφετηρία λεωφορείων, ενα πλήρως αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα-μεζονέτα ενός υπνοδωματίου με εσωτερική σκάλα.Έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας τριών ατόμων. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για διαμονή καλοκαίρι και χειμώνα. Μόνο 250 μέτρα από λιμάνι και 350 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο). Δεν χρειάζεται αμάξι για να γνωρίσεις την Ερμούπολη αφού περπατώντας μπορείς να απολαύσεις το μπάνιο σου στην παραλία «Αστέρια».

Traditional Medieval Stone house in "Ano Syros"

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

The house has a private upper terrace ( reachable by the ladder ) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area , sunny all day long . Many restaurants , caffès and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros , there are many !
