IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

In a panoramic position 15 km from Florence, it is the only apartment in an ancient restored barn. Suitable for those who want to enjoy the peace of the countryside but also comfortably visit places of art. 3 km away are the towns of Pontassieve and Sieci with all services including railway stations from which, in 20 minutes, you can reach the center of Florence. The wonderful countryside and the proximity to the historic buildings including the church of San Martino make the place enchanting.

These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi.
