This apartment has one queen bed and also a queen air mattress if needed. A full bath with shower, and kitchen. This is on a working horse/cow ranch and we do have stalls for boarding. We have dogs, chickens, peacocks, horses, and cows. Enjoy the view of our peacocks outside the patio door for a unique experience. Private entrance with keypad entry. Near Lake Ray Roberts, LBJ Grasslands, and Trophy Club trailheads and several others. There will be farm noise, but typically very peaceful.

Relax on a peaceful working farm in a cozy newly built home. Enjoy the company of a variety of farm animals, sit on the porch or around a fire pit (wood provided) and watch beautiful sunsets. Take stroll to the ponds in the back pastures. Visit and shop in our honor system based country store, located on the farm, where we have a variety of farm raised and local goodies for purchase. 20 min to Winstar 10 min to downtown Gainesville 45 min to Denton 40 min to Sherman Middle of paradise

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Welcome to "The Little Ass Apartment" which sits on 28 acres with 3 mini donkey hosts. This apartment has everything you will need to relax indoor or out. There is a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer, and spacious bedroom. Outside has a large fenced in yard, fire pit with seating, and a wrap around porch with views of the sunrise and sunset! Enjoy the backyard entertainment area with washers and corn hole!
