Ellen was a fantastic host who was extremely responsive. She fixed a very minor issue on the spot and completely surpassed our expectations. Her house was immaculate and in a very quiet but convenient location in Gainesville. We will plan to book this property again in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at Carmencita’s place! Communication was excellent from the very beginning - clear, quick, and always helpful. Carmencita is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s Airbnb! The space was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Claudia was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for the area. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions but still quiet and relaxing. We especially appreciated the small personal touches that made the stay feel special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks Glani for a great stay! The home was lovely, well located to downtown Gainesville. The laundry room and kitchen were very handy. Everything was clean. We really appreciate the wide selection of books including children's books. Moreover, Glani is a very responsive and helpful host. We'd be happy to stay again!

Alex was a very accommodating and gracious host. We had a situation in which we needed to extend our stay. Alex was proactive and flexible. Since another guest had already booked the place immediately following us, he had a recommendation for another accommodation that fit our needs perfectly. This home was perfect us. We were visiting UF for an event and the location was great. It was easy to find and a nice neighborhood. People waved as we drove in. The house was just as described.

Fantastic accommodation! Modern, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. Large and spacious house in a quiet residential area, close to a grocery store, plenty of space, one very large bedroom plus two standard-sized ones. Worth every penny!

Cozy little home on the outskirts of Gainesville- close enough to be at the campus in just a few minutes but far enough to escape the traffic and be immersed in a nice country vibe. Pizza place a few minutes away was perfect for a late dinner. I’ll most likely rebook next time I visit my UF student.

Clean and quiet place!

Lori is an amazing host. She is very friendly, kind, helpful, accommodating, and gave wonderful restaurant suggestions. Her two cats are adorable and very curious to meet their guests. I would definitely recommend staying at Lori's place. It was a convenient location, easily accessible, very quiet, and offered many walking trails if you like to explore on foot. Thank you, Lori, for your hospitality.

This place worked really well for us for a UF visit / football game weekend. Everything was new & clean, bed was comfortable and the BR along with bathroom could be separated off by pocket door which allowed full privacy. Todd was friendly, proactive with communication and available as needed (incl giving us a good brunch recommendation) but not overbearingly present. 15+ min to campus, easy drive. Would stay again! 👍🏻

Such a great place and near everything we needed. It is well stocked with the basic essentials and even had basic spices that would be needed for cooking. Lots of cleaning material if needed. Very well thought out and considerate.

This is a nicely decorated two-story townhome that was in a great location relative to getting around Gainesville. The owners are great with responding to questions and very friendly.

Tyler and Amie made my stay incredibly welcoming. The townhome truly felt like home—newly remodeled, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable! We had a nice stay at Milenni’s place. The place is cozy and comfortable. Perfect for a short stay!

This place is so cute. It’s historic but very well updated. Everything was clean and fresh and the yard was beautiful with the flowers blooming. Beds were really comfortable. There were 3 couples and three nice size bedrooms but only one had a TV. That was the only downside at bedtime. We will hopefully be back next year and would stay again.

Thanks to Sham and his wife we had a great time in Gainesville! The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. My daughter and I had a really good time staying with them. Over all, everything was great! Thank you!

Another great stay at Andrew's townhouse. This neighborhood is so cute and quiet and walkable - so nice! The townhouse is kept immaculate and everything is as described. Andrew is extremely responsive and kind. Cannot recommend highly enough! 10/10!
