Lovely apartment in old Tbilisi

Our newly renovated double roomed comfortable apartment ( totally 80 sq.m. ) is located in the center of the old part of the city, near the river Mtkvari. On the 6th floor of historical house, with old style elevator. In spite of its location, surrounding area is very quiet. Only 5 minutes walking distance to Freedom Square You will meet old city fence and museum of art on the way. From Freedom Square starts Rustaveli Avenue, which is the main street of the city. There are National Museum, cinema, theatre, Opera House, former Parliament, cafes, shops, McDonald’s and Wendy’s. There are two metro and bus stations on the Rustaveli Ave.. 12-15 minutes walk you need to reach Tbilisi funicular railway, that will take you on Mtatsminda Park that overlooks the whole city ( TV Tower is there) On opposite site of the building there is narrow and very beautiful Shavteli str. with The Gabriadze Marionette Theater and very interesting café. Next to the theatre there is The Anchiskhati Basilica of St Mary. It belongs to the Georgian Orthodox Church, dates from the sixth century and has unique frescos. With this street starts the part of the city that attracts tourists. We will provide you by the information leaflets with the interesting and historical places and map of the street, and help you with getting to know our sunny, old and interesting city. There is one bedroom in the apartment, but you can use sofa in guest room as bed for 2 persons. The apartment is just renovated and everything is brand new. There is central heating, AC, safe, washing and dry machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea-kettle, iron, fan , TV cable with different foreign channels, free Wi-Fi. Also we provide you with towels, bath-robes, bed-linens and a gift. Special gift for our first guest! Looking forward to welcoming you soon After working hours you can apply with any request. We will pick you up from the airport without any additional expenses and accompany you to our apartment. Most lovely place in my area is The Gabriadze Marionette Theater, that is located just in front of the house, on Shavteli str. Itself the house is on the shore of river Mtkvari, if you go along the shore you will meet Freedom Bridge, with the rope-way will get to Narikala (one of the tourists' loveliest place), Sulphur Baths, Shardeni str., Metekhi church, synagogue, mosque, Sioni church... You can see all of these sightseeing without using any transport. Just right from the house you will see mountain Mtatsminda, you can reach it with funicular (I will explain it to you). You can see whole Tbilisi from there and take pleasure from fantastic views. There is a bank, pharmacy, bus station and Carrefour very near to the house of our apartment.

Renovated, high-ceiling, full of light, spacious apartment in the landmark - Hotel de Londres, opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace, 10 minutes walk to the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast!

Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.
