Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Rain water-for washing and showering. Water for cooking, electricity, laundry, warm shower, toilet and sauna are at the main property . It is a great place to relax and observe wildlife (deer), to ski (Cerkno), hike, bike (e-mtb for rent), visit Soča valley,... It is not accessible by vehicle - 5 min walk from parking.
